楚穆王（前625年－前614年），本名芈商臣，楚成王的长子，听潘崇计，攻打父亲，父亲自杀后，自立为王。在位十二年，国内形势基本稳定，楚穆王九年（前617年），穆王镇压了楚大夫斗宜申与仲归，统治更加稳定。死后由其子侣即位，是为楚庄王。
