楚穆王（前625年－前614年），本名芈商臣，楚成王的長子，聽潘崇計，攻打父親，父親自殺後，自立為王。在位十二年，國內形勢基本穩定，楚穆王九年（前617年），穆王鎮壓了楚大夫鬥宜申與仲歸，統治更加穩定。死後由其子侶即位，是為楚莊王。
