  “随笔”“随笔”,有文就录,有感就发,有事就记,有理就说,率性而为,不必拘泥!
  随笔这类文章,或讲述文化知识,或发表学术观点,或评析世态人情,启人心智,引人深思。在写法上,它们往往旁征博引,而不作理论性太强的阐释,行文缜密而不失活泼,结构自由而不失谨严,因此,富有“理趣”是它们的突出特色。
  
  阅读这类文章,要整体把握文章的内容和风格,提炼作者的主要观点品位妙语佳句,还要敢于发表自己的见解。
  
  随笔是散文的一种,写随笔就像与邻家谈心般轻松,没有任何的负担,没有华丽的辞藻,严密的结构。随笔的形式可以不受体裁的限制,灵活多样,不拘一格,可以观景抒情;可以睹物谈看法;可以读书谈感想;可以一事一议,也可以对同类事进行综合议论。随笔也不受字数的限制,短的几十字,长的几百字,篇幅长短皆由内容而定。
  写随笔最重要的是要表达出写作的意图:或者是一种快乐的心情,或者是一点小感悟,或者是一个新观点……总之,如同邻家大婶般亲切与平易近人。
  生活随笔就是日常生活中心情、感悟、新观点、新发现……生活如浩瀚的大海,博大宽广,时时处处事事都可以写成文章。
  
  “五四”新文学时代,现代随笔的创作繁荣一时,但“随笔”的命名与内涵尚未及统一,随笔这一文体便被左翼文学排斥至文学边缘。这给当代随笔的文体研究带来了一定困难。从现代随笔的滥觞、朱自清的“散文观”、周作人和鲁迅的“随笔观”等角度入手,在现代散文众多的命名中寻找随笔的源头,以期为当代随笔的发展提供可资借鉴的依据。
  
  
  随笔内容方面可以归结为以下三点:
  
  1、人的生命形态主要由许许多多细小的琐事组成,惊险奇特,英烈悲壮,可遇而不可求,是生活的非常态。平平凡凡,寻寻常常,随处皆是,是生活的常态。只有那些注目寻常琐事,并在其中能感发出无尽趣味来的人,他的心境必不至枯涩,他的心泉必不至干涸,而一旦弄笔写作便自然容易找到感觉,坠入境界,放任自由。对琐事不大放在心上的人,在平常生活中发现不了诗意的人,其人必定干枯无趣,其心必定顽劣粗糙,自然极难与笔墨有缘。
  
  2、于今世界红尘滚滚,物欲汹汹,人心越来越浮躁,时尚越来越火爆,而写作恰恰需要细腻的心灵,素材偏偏多在生活的幽微平常之处。所以,身处现代,你选择写作,其实写作也在选择你。只有当你在生活中“步步留心,时时在意”的时候,你才能从平常的生活中感发出具有共鸣效应的整体情感,生发出启迪人智的哲理思考,也便有可能与写作结下一份良缘。应该说,绮语清词,嘉言华章是天地间早就有了的,它在随笔式的自由写作中最易被呈现出来,只是它需要凝神遐思,用心体味方能妙手偶得。
  
  3、人总说永恒,期盼永恒,其实哪会有什么真正的永恒。人易朽,文字也易朽。如前所述,写作和其它种类的艺术一样,只是人的一种生命享受与精神自救。写作之初就心存“文章千古事”的觉悟与抱负的人,十有八九成不了写作的好手。用一颗善良之心,真诚之心去贴近平常的生活,从中感悟人生的真谛,触摸时代的脉搏,寻觅真善美的所在,并忠实地将其诉诸笔端,这才是我们生活随笔写作的正途。
  
  
  随笔的分类
  常见的现代随笔有记叙性随笔、议论性随笔、说明性随笔、绘景性随笔、状物性随笔等等。
  
  1、记叙性随笔
  
  记叙性随笔大多取材于日常生活中的片断或作者的偶然经历,基本内容是叙事写人。随笔的主旨是写情见性,它的抒写往往融入作者的主观感受,有时直截了当说出,有时是隐藏在文字背后;它描写的往往是人人类似经历的平凡小事,但经过你仔细体味后,会使你察觉世俗风情、感悟人生道理。
  
  2、议论性随笔
  
  这类随笔又叫“随感”或“杂感”。所谓“随”,有随手记下而非刻意为文之义;所谓“杂”,是指内容广泛,包罗万象,大至社会问题、人生哲理,小至身边琐事,风花雪月,鸟虫宠物,校园风情,学习心得,书籍品评,亲人友人,无可不写。但随笔的重点还是个“感‘字,作者要有感而发,哪怕是一点思考、一点感受、一点闪光的意念都可带到文章中去,不摆做文章的架子,保持一种随意漫谈的风格。
  
  3、说明性随笔
  
  黎先耀写人和自然关系的随笔《天之骄子》,着笔于形态各异的自然景观,表达自己热爱大自然的情趣,着力加强人们的生态意识。因此,说明性随笔不同于纯粹的说明文,它看重的是事物中的意趣,带有鉴赏的性质,有时则借物抒怀,另有寄托。模山范水,往往以片断的文字,把大自然的千姿百态准确形象地描绘出来。练习这类随笔,要以精细而敏锐的观察力,捕捉到事物特色的生命,笔调轻灵,不刻意为文。正如王国维所说的那样:“以我观物,故物皆著我之色彩。”
  
  
  怎样写教育随笔
  
  一,什么是教育随笔
  随笔是文学体裁中散文的一种.它不拘一格,形式多样,短小活泼.
  教育随笔顾名思义,就是谈教育思想观点的随笔.教学随笔,也可以说"教学一得",主要是写教学中某一点体会最深的心得.它的主要特点是题目小,篇幅短;层次和结构比较简单;内容单纯,涉及面比较小,写作材料便于收集,整理和使用.
  随笔在写作样式上没有什么固定的限制,常见的有借事说理,夹叙夹议等形式.借事说理:作者要着力描写一个事件,不用太多的语言去发议论,做点评,把一件事情写清楚,文章的结尾有个简单的点题就可以了.读者通过读作者叙述的这件事,就能受到触动,明白一些道理,道理喻于故事之中.夹叙夹议:作者在叙述一个事件的同时,发表自己的见解,一边叙述一边评论.也可以是把事件先叙述完,再做评论.
  随笔是最适合教师创作使用的一种形式.
  
  二,写教育随笔有什么好处
  1,能真实地记录身边世界.如果你要问我:你这二十多年做了些什么,留下些什么我也不知怎样回答.写教育随笔,就不会再像过去一样让我们的老师只留下模糊的记忆,我们不能让过去的智慧,思想火花随着年龄的继续增长淡出这个美丽的世界.
  2,用教育随笔促进教师专业成长.因为要写,所以要阅读;因为要写,所以要去做;因为要写,所以要思考.写作,是一种拉动自己读,做,思的最有效的方法,是作为教师的最好的教育研究,是教师行为研究的最好依托.
  3,通过教育随笔,让每个教师成为新课程的成功实践者.新课程改革,对教师提出这么多的,实质性的要求,这些要求不可能一下做到,但边做边思,边思边写,边写边做,螺旋前进,每个老师肯定会把新课程要求转化为自己的本领.
  耕耘于教学一线的教师,掌握了大量教育教学的第一手资料,积累了丰富的实践经验,在教学之余,及时把心得记录下来,不仅对自己日后工作有促进作用;如果发表,对广大同仁也具有借鉴意义.
  教育学家马卡连柯曾言:"教育学是最辩证,最灵活的一种科学,也是最复杂,最多样化的一种科学."在传道授业的过程中,教师应根据教育,教学对象,创造性地运用教育,教学理论和方法实施因材施教.回顾和总结教育教学过程的心得和方法,不仅积淀了个人在教育,教学方面的部分成就,而且也丰富了有效的教育,教学资源.
  一位"桃李满天下"的教师,其功赫赫.回首整个从教生涯,或许因疏于及时记载心得体会,届时找到一条清晰的轨迹不免显得有些困难,然昨日难以再现,徒留一缕憾意.
  诚然,如今的教师负担很重.有来自业务上的,更多的或许还是来自心理方面无形的压力.面对高职低聘,转岗,待岗等现实问题,使得教师们对分数不得不计较.一贯被称之为"良心活儿"的隐性工作,教师自己对"良心"两字欲说还休.在这样的背景下,"分数是硬道理"的论调就不难理解.也因此会有不少教师奉行"一心只教手中书,莫管教改与科研."这种现状,结果使得教师自己只拥有一桶"死水",限制了教师自身的发展,对学生的培养也是无益的.适时撰写论文是解决上述矛盾最有效的途径之一,因为其操作性强,收效也显著.
  教师的论文,大致可分为纯理论的学术研究文章和涉及具体问题的教学小论文.考虑到实际情况,笔者更赞同广大中小学教师侧重写一些教学小论文.通过及时整理教学思路,记录教学心得,只会对教学起促进作用.就教学中的某一具体问题,通过缜密的思考,或查阅相关的资料,最后形成文字.这是一个深入思考的过程,这也是一个质疑,析疑的过程.写作过程使得教师对处理问题的方法更趋条理化,更符合科学性,能直接提高课堂教学效率.
  另一方面,根据笔者自己的经验,勤于笔耕教学小论文,有助于培养执笔教师的教研意识.尤其是此类小论文被报刊录用或获奖时,更能促成该教师在教学上乘势而上,提升境界.
  现代的教学形势,要求教师有传统的"教书匠"向"学者型教师"转化.名副其实的"学者型教师"必须会进行学术研究,教学小论文为载体的教研是铺就学术研究大道的"基石".作为教师,不进行教研,而直接从事抽象的理论研究是缺乏立身之本的,也可以这么说,没有教研就没有科研.
  在教学过程中,每一位教师都踩着一个个的脚印,随时记录着这一轨迹,向教育更深处漫溯,教而时研之,不亦乐乎
  
  三,教育随笔写什么
  对于一线教师来说,不敢说每一节课都有体会最深的心得,但每天都要教学不同的内容,面对不同的学生,只要我们善于发现,做个有心人,随笔的素材就有很多.我想,应该从以下几方面着手实践:如读书笔记,如教育案例,如教学反思,如学生档案记录,如心灵感悟…….写教育随笔实际上是个思考与积累的过程.由于我们身在教育的第一线,在平时的教育教学中,自觉地融入了自己的智慧,常常教有所感,倘若能及时记录下自己的教育心路,这对今后的教育教学无疑是有帮助的.而且要想把文章做大,做好,也离不开平时的点滴积累.教育随笔,因其篇幅的短小,也无需上升到多高的理论层面,因而相对来说比较简单.那么,教育随笔写些什么呢
  (一)记教学得失.每位教师都有一份属于自己的"试验田",试验成功与否,肯定会有所"悟",总结得失,在下次教学中自然能扬长避短.比如说,有位老师在教学"吃"字时,考虑到学生先学"气"字,后学"吃"字,容易把"吃"写成"气",因而在教学中特别强调"吃"的右半部分千万不能写成"气"字.谁料,哪壶不开提哪壶,还是有很多学生错了.手把手地好不容易教会了,过了一段时间学生又错了,怎么帮助学生正确记住这个字呢她想了一个办法.一次讲评时,她对同学们讲,"今天中午,我们班有一位同学大饿了,竟然把筷子都吃下去了."同学们都感到莫名其妙,纷纷说"不可能!""谁会把筷子吃下去呢"见大家都在参与议论这事,她感到时机已经成熟,就请一位同学上黑板,让他写一句话"我吃了一碗饭".不出所料,学生把"吃"写成了"气",有同学马上站起来更正,"错了!错了!吃的中间没有一横!"她笑笑,指着这位同学写的"气"说:"你们看,他的筷子是不是给卡在喉咙里了."同学们都会意地笑了起来."你们能帮他把筷子夹出来吗"几乎所有的同学都举起了手.打那以后,学生再也没有出错,看来"筷子卡在喉咙里"给大家的印象还是相当深的.
  在教学中,每一位教师都会有令人欣喜的,成功的实践.成功了,静下心来想一想:为什么会取得成功主要收获在哪里抓住自己的成功之点,深入地想,好题材就这样诞生了.
  教学中的失误是不可避免的.面对失误我们应该冷静地想一想:为什么会失误主要症结在哪里用什么方法弥补应该吸取什么教训……好题材又诞生了.
  (二)录教学机智.在教育教学中,根据学生情况随机应变,有时会收到意想不到的教育效果.有位老师在讲评作文时,本来先想表扬部分写得好的,再批评那些写得差的,看到学生那一双双充满期望的眼神时,他临时改变主意,选择学生作文的精彩地方一一作了表扬,结果收到了意想不到的教育效果,学生们都认真地对作文作了精心的修改.第二天,许多传神的字词,优美的句子和巧妙的构思,已悄然出现在不同的本子上.还有家长高兴地打来电话,说她的孩子回来之后,高兴得不得了.没用家里人催着做作业,自己认真地将作文改了又改,再认真地誉写好.而这个孩子原本就是老师准备批评的对象之—.表扬的力量可见一斑.
  (三)写教育偶得.教材是我们的教学依据,但它不一定是完美的,只要我们深入而冷静地研究思考,你也许会有新的认识或新的疑点,那么请及时把它写下来.有所思,必有所得.如果你在教育教学过程中,做一个有心人的话,你会发现有许多有价值的东西.有位老师看到他校一位老师在评判学生分数时,把作业的最低线定为甲下.好一点的就毫不犹豫地给甲,再好一些的甲上.写得整洁美观的,再加上一个苹果;写得特别用心或者解题有新意的,加上两个苹果.当然,所谓的"苹果",只不过是一个刻成苹果状的小印戳而已.但这种看似"画饼充饥"式的评分方法,使原本丙丁的学生带回去的作业簿中也有了甲的佳绩,这样一来,孩子欢天喜地,家长也开心得不得了.所有的孩子的脸上都堆满了开朗的笑容,孩子们常挤在一起翻开作业本在比谁得的苹果多,并为了能得更多的苹果而在暗地里较劲.反观自己身边的老师,给学生留的作业很多,而对学生的评价却很低,使得家长误认为孩子学习成绩很差而常常训斥孩子,而学生老是看到自己本上是鲜红的"╳",自我感觉也越来越差,对学习日渐失去了信心,变得畏畏缩缩的,自然少了那份应有的天真,由此感到我们的教育应以正面教育为主,要少一些"正经",多一点欢颜;少一点"刻薄",多一些变通与关爱,这样才会取得如同这给"苹果"一样的效果.
  (四)记学习所悟.平时,我们在阅读书报时,常有所感,有所悟.记得有位老师看了《谁动了我的奶酪》想到了老师的"金饭碗"光芒不再,感到随着对教师要求的不断提高和生源的日渐减少,"末位下岗"已是不争的事实.惟有不断地提升自己,方能使"奶酪"永远属于自己,由此写了篇文章《谁动了老师的奶酪》,发表在《教师之友》2002年的7—8合期上,还有位老师看了《美国教师教"蚯蚓"》后在自己的自然教学中也作了类似的尝试,写了篇题为《"动"起来教(捉蚂蚁)》的文章,收获还是相当大的.课前她安排学生捉蚂蚁,并让学生把蚂蚁装在能透气的小瓶子里,这样学生对蚂蚁的生活习性就有了深刻的认识;课上她安排学生画蚂蚁,驱使学生以积极的态度观察小蚂蚁,然后让学生说蚂蚁的身体构造,这样一来,课本上那些抽象的知识在学生的头脑中变得具体了,生动了,与学生之间的距离缩短了,因而学生的学习积极性相当高涨.教学效果自然是那种灌输式教学所难以比肩的.我由此感悟到,创设融洽和谐的师生活动情境,可以使学生毫无拘束地全身心地参与到活动当中,进而收到良好的教学效果.这种教学要远比那种为维护师道尊严而人为地拉开师生间距离的做法高明得多.因为师生关系的不民主,最终导致的是师生关系的对立;学生会因"厌恶和尚"而"恨及袈裟",因"恶其师"而"厌其教""轻其理".在讲课过程中,感觉上的得心应手,学生思维火花的不断迸发……你也许会突然得到某种悟性与启示,产生平时没有想到的观点,发现平时没有注意到的材料.对此,我们要及时记录下来.
  在听课过程中,作为教师,听课的机会是很多的,而且大多数情况下,听到的多数是优质课.通过比较,找出差异.差异就是思维之源,就是产生新观念和新思想的导火线.我们还可以从课后师生交谈中,学生学习的成功或失败中捕捉教学随笔的题材;也可以通过阅读别人的教育教学论文或从浏览教育教学报刊杂志中捕捉.
  在写教育随笔时,我们可以结合案例,作这两方面的思考:
  1,由点及面作发散性思考.李镇西老师由学校强迫女儿剪去秀发,想到学校的专制,进而联想到教育上的种种不民主现象,并就这种现象进行剖析.
  2,由表及里进行深层挖掘.比如说我们在教育教学中经常碰到学生"顶撞老师"的现象,学生为什么会顶撞教师导致这一现象的病源在哪我们又如何去疗救对这类情况是冷处理还是热处理处理的结果如何通过这件事的处理你得到什么启发如果我们真正思考了,并付诸于行动了,肯定会有收获的.
  
  四,教育随笔怎样写
  很简单,只要把自己的所见,所闻,所思,把身边真实的世界移到自己的笔下,移到自己的手指间,移到自己的硬盘中即可,不必过分强调逻缉,不必十分讲究文采,而是你自然感受的流淌,心灵的私语,智慧的沉淀.有些教师会说自己没有时间写东西,抑或是想起写文章就头痛,认为这是一件耗时耗力的事,其实不然.在我们和教师接触的过程中,经常会听到教师讲很多精彩的教育故事,把这些故事写下来,从口头的变成书面文字,就是很好的随笔.
  教育随笔其特色就在一个"随"字――随便,随时,随手,随心等.
  随手:随笔中涉及的往往是一些即时发生的事件和看到事件当时产生的想法,那种想法也有点火花闪动似的,所以需要及时捕捉,记录下来.因为扔了一段时间之后,您对事件的记忆可能就不那么清晰了,故事就很难说得完整,思想的火花可能也消失不见了.所以要养成随手写的习惯.如果能坚持记教育日记,那么您会发现那其中有很多您可能已经不太记得的事,但是在当时它是如何地让您受到震动.
  随便:随笔没有什么格式的要求,不需要有什么论点论据,文字也可长可短,如果用200字就能把您想说的话说清楚了,也不一定要凑到1000字.如果您没想好这件事说明了什么,但是这件事却让您有所触动,不说不快,您也不必硬憋着,要找什么理论做依托,您可以把事情写出来,让读者自己去理解.
  随心:这里讲的随心有两层意思,一是随心所欲,没有太多的限制;二是笔要随脑.文章是笔写出来的,但却是大脑想出来的,所以随笔是笔要随脑.
  随笔要想写好,必须有自己的独到之处,或是切入一个事件的角度不同于以往,或是自己的观点不同于常俗.这一切都需要我们有一双善于发现的眼睛,有一个善于思考的大脑,所以工作之中要注意观察.教师生活于学生之中,我们的工作对象是活生生的人,这就给我们提供了丰富的素材.每个孩子都是一本待读的书,和孩子的每一次倾心的谈话,都可以成为我们写作的素材.工作之余要读一点书,用心去思考一些新的教育理念的合理之处及与教育现实的结合点在哪里,所谓有正确的理念,才会有正确的眼光;有正确的眼光,才能有精彩的发现.
  最重要一点是,要想写好随笔,关健还在于动笔,动笔写了,才能有好的随笔.
  很多人说,要我反思一下教学没问题,但要写成一篇反思随笔,则有了压力这是因为,通常我们认为反思5分钟也行,50分钟也可.可写文章则不同,5句话总认为算不上文章吧.就是这一观念影响了大家写随笔的积极性.为了使自己改变被动的局面,为什么不改一改这一旧观念呢其实也没有人规定过教学随笔不可以只写五句话.如果是你深思熟虑后的五句话也是好随笔.
  比如:今天的导入不够理想,因为没有引起学生的注意力,主要是选择的素材太陈旧了,时间也用的太多了,今后我得改变.
  这是五句话的教学随笔,我觉得就是一篇好随笔,可能它不适合发表,但教师写教学随笔主要不是用于发表的,而是对自己教学的改变,是为了自己的提高.这随笔虽然是五句话,但发现了教学存在的问题,找到了问题的原因,并提醒自己要改变.而且这样的随笔对工作忙的教师来说,更符合实际.当然,我并不是说写随笔只用五句话,而是说要具体情况具体分析,有话则长无话则短,有时间写则长无时间写则短.
  常写短随笔可以克服写随笔的危难情绪,可养成勤写随笔的习惯,这样坚持下去,偶尔写几篇较长的教学随笔,可以发表的随笔并不是难事.文章也是有短到长的,长的随笔往往是在短随笔的基础上加工而成的.教师工作最忙,毕竟也有大快的休息时间,在休息时间里没有教学工作,正是修改随笔,完善随笔的好时机.就拿上面那五句话的随笔来说吧.可以补充一下这样的内容.如何导入才能引发学生的注意力什么样的素材才能激发学生的兴趣我第二堂课的导入是如何做的这样是问题深入化,再加上正反的两个导入实例,就形成了一篇好文章,发表也是没有问题的.
  写随笔从字数,语言方面比较自由,但也不可以随便写,它不是流水账,也不是教学实录,它是反思后的结晶,是教学经验的总结,随笔也不是日记,如果说一天下来没有什么可写就可以不写,如果说某一天灵感不断,写它个三,四篇也有必要.有感而发是随笔的主要特征.而发出的感想是否精华,则与教师的教学理念,知识结构,理论素养,语言表达能力直接相关.有的人只追求随笔的数量,不关注随笔的质量,几十篇下来,风格一个样,语言一个样,甚至连描述的教学情节也差不多,每天坚持写这样雷同的教学随笔价值是不大的.写是一个人内在素养的外化过程,要使外化质量的提高必须有一个不断内化的过程.因此,学习是必要的,把他人的观点,知识,方法内化为自己的观点,知识,方法,才能不断地写出令人耳目一新的好随笔.
  有了题材,如何得到一篇高质量的随笔你可能通常会觉得有话说不出说不好,这是因为尚缺乏理论积累,还不能从理论高度对手中的素材进行加工,整合,形成并表达出自己独到的视角.而这个至关重要的锤炼过程要求我们:
  1,注重积累相关理论.理论积累并无任何捷径,只有平常扎扎实实地研读并作好摘抄,久而久之,再处理起素材来自然会得心应手.
  2,认真解读他人随笔成果.一般报刊杂志上都有一些非常贴近我们工作实际的教学随笔,可以细细地分析一下它们是如何总结提炼得出自己观点的,久而久之,我们也会受到很大启发,感觉豁然开朗.
  五,写教学随笔的注意点.
  l,立意要新.也就是你所写的教学心得体会,不仅自己觉得有新意,而且让别人看后也觉得耳目一新,不可重复别人的观点.
  2,列举实例要具体生动.在举例时一定要把事实讲明白,使读者看后既懂,又能学会用.
  3,要做到小中见大.从个别具体的事例出发,能体现出一般规律.注意把中心思想集中到一点上来,反映较深刻的问题和道理.使读者透过现象看本质,通过个性看共性.
  4,文章结构可多样化.教学随笔没有一个固定的格式.可以先简述文章的中心以及写此文的目的,再列举实例说清楚事实及过程,最后归纳小结教学的心得体会.
  愿大家从现在起,将自己的教学实践和思想凝聚成文字,"我手写我心",每天,每周挤时间写一点,坚持不懈,日积月累,必将在教育征途中留下自己成长的轨迹!

  什么是随笔?
