陆游

　　物生天地间，同此一太虚，
　　林林各自植，但坐形骸拘；
　　日夜相残杀，曾不置斯须，
　　皮毛备裘褐，膏血资甘腴。
　　鸡鹜羊彘辈，尚食稗与刍；
　　飞潜何预汝，祸乃及禽鱼。
　　豺虎之害人，亦为饥所驱；
　　汝顾不自省，何暇议彼欤？
　　又于人类中，各私六尺躯，
　　方其忿怒时，流血视若无。
　　我欲反其源，默观受气初，
　　梃刃之所加，惨若在我肤。
　　朝饭一釜豆，暮饭一杯蔬，
　　扪腹茆檐下，陶然欢有余。
