　　昔闻若耶村，意象乃物外。
　　皤然阡陌间，来往几鲐背。
　　无论百岁翁，甲子数至再，
　　我来亲见之，殊未辍耕耒。
　　曩事一一言，多闻杂谆诲，
　　回头指丁壮，此是曾玄辈。
　　有翁又过我，家有孙五代，
　　指呼取斗酒，山果杂细碎。
　　顾我使之年，惭缩不能对；
　　恭惟大父行，不觉投杖拜。
　　养生惟一啬，此在吾术内，
　　翁能信践之，成就乃尔大！
　　我今才耄及，耳目已愦愦，
　　长庚虽余辉，敢与明月配。
