　　稟賦本不強，四十已遽衰，
　　藥裹不離手，對酒盤無梨。
　　豈料今八十，白間猶黑絲，
　　咀嚼雖小艱，幸未如牛?。
　　昔雖學養生，所遇少碩師，
　　金丹既茫昧，鸞鶴安可期？
　　惟有庖丁篇，可信端不疑。
　　愛身過拱璧，奉以無缺虧。
　　孽不患天作，戚惟憂自詒。
　　攣躄豈不苦，害猶在四支；
　　二竪伏膏肓，良醫所不治。
　　衣巾視寒燠，飲食節飽饑，
　　虎兕雖在傍，牙爪何由施？
　　老人不妄語，聊賦養生詩。
