　　物生天地間，同此一太虛，
　　林林各自植，但坐形骸拘；
　　日夜相殘殺，曾不置斯須，
　　皮毛備裘褐，膏血資甘腴。
　　雞鶩羊彘輩，尚食稗與芻；
　　飛潛何預汝，禍乃及禽魚。
　　豺虎之害人，亦為饑所驅；
　　汝顧不自省，何暇議彼歟？
　　又於人類中，各私六尺軀，
　　方其忿怒時，流血視若無。
　　我欲反其源，默觀受氣初，
　　梃刃之所加，慘若在我膚。
　　朝飯一釜豆，暮飯一杯蔬，
　　捫腹茆檐下，陶然歡有餘。
