Financial experts and economic experts, Guangdong Shunde people, in 1930 students in 1952 graduated from Nankai University and Trade Department of International Trade and Finance. His major works include: a monograph "Western Monetary and Banking Guide," "On the national food policy", "China's Tung and Tung Oil," "Hong Kong's future", "Hong Kong Economic History"; TECHNOLOGY "arduous Jungle - The - Hong Kong Economic Papers election "; other academic and literary works of more than 100 articles. And served as National Social Science Fund of China research, "the new century, our economy," editor in chief.
