北魏哀帝（316年－316年），姓拓跋，其名不详，中国西晋末期鲜卑索头部首领拓跋普根之子，316年，普根去世后，哀帝才出生，并被普根之母惟氏扶立继承索头部首领及代王之位，但同年稍后不久即夭折。
虽然只是襁褓中的婴儿，北魏道武帝拓跋圭称帝时，还是追谥他为哀皇帝。有以其曾为代王而称为代哀帝者，实则北魏既尊之为先祖，其号既又是北魏所谥，则应称
北魏哀帝始为正确。
