　　拓跋普根（？－316年），中国西晋末期鲜卑索头部首领、代王，305年至316年统治索头部中部国土，316年统治索头部全境，是南北朝时期北魏皇帝的先祖之一。其父为拓跋猗㐌，拓跋贺傉、拓跋纥那皆为其兄弟。
　　
　　305年，猗㐌去世，普根继其位统有索头部中部国土。 316年，当时的鲜卑索头部首领，代王拓跋猗卢被其子拓跋六修所弑，普根闻讯回军，杀六修平乱，因而继代王位，数月后去世。
　　
　　北魏道武帝拓跋圭称帝时，将普根追谥为文平皇帝。
