东突厥

始毕可汗，姓阿史那，名咄吉世（或咄吉），启民可汗之子，在609年至619年间为东突厥可汗，在位10年。
隋臣裴矩设计诱杀始毕可汗宠臣史蜀胡悉，“始毕知其状，由是不朝”。
隋大业十一年（615年），始毕率领数十万骑兵南下，隋炀帝在雁门被突厥军包围，炀帝派人向始毕之妻、隋义成公主求救，公主遣使告知始毕“北边有急”，加上隋朝援军相继抵达，始毕在九月撤围而去。
始毕可汗在619年去世，其弟俟利弗设继位，是为处罗可汗。
