東突厥

始畢可汗，姓阿史那，名咄吉世（或咄吉），啓民可汗之子，在609年至619年間為東突厥可汗，在位10年。
隋臣裴矩設計誘殺始畢可汗寵臣史蜀鬍悉，“始畢知其狀，由是不朝”。
隋大業十一年（615年），始畢率領數十萬騎兵南下，隋煬帝在雁門被突厥軍包圍，煬帝派人嚮始畢之妻、隋義成公主求救，公主遣使告知始畢“北邊有急”，加上隋朝援軍相繼抵達，始畢在九月撤圍而去。
始畢可汗在619年去世，其弟俟利弗設繼位，是為處羅可汗。
