秦灵公，嬴姓，赵氏，名肃，前424年-前415年在位，秦怀公之孙。
秦灵公逝世时，嫡子赵师隰（即其后的秦献公）年幼，只有五岁。灵公的叔父赵悼子以嫡子年幼，便夺位自立为国君，即秦简公。赵师隰被放逐到陇西河谷。
