元宁宗懿璘质班（1326年－1332年11月30日）是元朝第十位皇帝，元明宗次子。当初，前任皇帝元文宗临终前为了洗刷他毒死哥哥（元明宗）的罪行，下诏让元明宗之子懿璘质班继承皇位。至顺三年（1332年）十月初四（10月23日），懿璘质班即位，年号“至顺”，是为元宁宗。宁宗在位43日，于十一月十二（1332年11月30日）而卒，年仅七岁，谥号为冲圣嗣孝皇帝。
