元寧宗懿璘質班（1326年－1332年11月30日）是元朝第十位皇帝，元明宗次子。當初，前任皇帝元文宗臨終前為了洗刷他毒死哥哥（元明宗）的罪行，下詔讓元明宗之子懿璘質班繼承皇位。至順三年（1332年）十月初四（10月23日），懿璘質班即位，年號“至順”，是為元寧宗。寧宗在位43日，於十一月十二（1332年11月30日）而卒，年僅七歲，謚號為衝聖嗣孝皇帝。
Yuan Ningzong Yi Lin quality classes (1326 -1332 11 30) is the tenth emperor Yuan, Yuan and Ming were the second son.
