秦悼公，在位十四年而卒。
时值秦国大乱，后来大将伍封大败秦、巴、蜀三国联军，平定秦国之乱，立秦厉共公赢利。《史记》的〈十二诸侯年表〉，记载止于悼公去世之年。据说老子李耳曾骑青牛离乡西行，过函谷关，直抵咸阳见
