　　利几原为项羽部将。项羽败亡后以陈令降附汉王刘邦，封为颖川侯。汉高帝五年（前２０２）秋九月，齐邦举列侯名籍召其至洛阳。利几心怀疑惧，遂举兵反。刘邦亲自率兵击平之。
