对于一个青春期少年来说,保持心理健康应该做到以下几点:

世界卫生组织(WHO)认为:亚健康状态是健康与疾病之间的临界状态,各种仪器及检验结果为阴性,但人体有各种各样的不适感觉。这是新的医学理论、新概念,也是社会发展、科学与人类生活水平提高的产物,它与现代社会人们的不健康生活方式及所承受的社会压力不断增大有直接关系。
亚健康状态多表现为:由于过度脑力劳动、精神长期紧张所致的疲劳综合征,如精力不足、注意力分散、胸闷气短、心悸、失眠、健忘、颈肩腰背酸痛、遇事紧张等;由于内分泌失调,更年期综合征、人体衰老所引起的烦躁、盗汗、潮热、抑郁、头晕目眩、月经不调、性机能减退等;重病恢复期及长期慢性病所引起的各种不适等。
亚健康状态的诸多表现,在中医理论中属“虚劳证精气不足型”。中医运用填精、补气、生血、强神、壮肾阳的手段,来调理人体阴阳气血和心、肝、脾、肺、肾五脏功能,使之恢复于正常状态,克服“虚劳征”。常常精选如黄芪、人参、地黄、当归、枸杞子、大枣等具有补气血、壮肾阳、滋阴精、生津液、固卫表、安五脏、强精神、活血脉等作用的中药材,针对各种不同状态的“亚健康”严谨配伍、辨证地施治。
亚健康状态自测
由于亚健康状态是介于健康状态和疾病状态之间和一种游离状态,所以对于亚健康状态的诊断很难界定。比如疲劳、失眠,健康的人经过适当的休息与调理就可以得到纠正与克服,但若长期处于疲劳、失眠状态就可视为亚健康。
对此,有人专门罗列出30种亚健康状态的症状提供给人们作自我检测。如果在以下30项现象中,您感觉自己存在6项或6项以上,则可视为进入亚健康状态。
(1)精神焦虑,紧张不安;(2)忧郁孤独,自卑郁闷;
(3)注意力分散,思维肤浅;(4)遇事激动,无事自烦;
(5)健忘多疑,熟人忘名;(6)兴趣变淡,欲望骤减;
(7)懒于交际,情绪低落;(8)常感疲劳,眼胀头昏;

血液健康
血液是人体宝贵的红色生命之河,保护血液就是保护生命与健康。要使自己的血液不受污染、阻塞、瘀积,必须重视保护血液。那么,如何保护好自己的血液不受污染呢?
避免化学毒物:在工业企业中损害血液之物是多种化学毒物。如引起高铁血红蛋白血症的毒物有:苯的氨基、硝基化物等;引起溶血性贫血的毒物有:砷化氢、苯胺、硝基苯等。其中尤以砷化氢最为严重;影响造血功能障碍的毒物有:苯、抗肿瘤药物、放射性物质等。放射性物质既能抑制骨髓造血功能,又能引起粒细胞减少。
慎用某些药物:有些治疗药物对血液损害不可忽视,如氯霉素成人剂量每日超过50毫克/千克,在血液内的浓度超过25微克/毫升时。1~2周后,几乎都会阻碍红细胞的成熟。其次是磺胺类、治疗癌症的环磷酰胺等。这些药物如使用不慎,也会引起造血功能或粒细胞发生障碍。
禁烟少量饮酒:据测试表明,正常人血液中的一氧化碳血红蛋白只有0.5%~0.7%,而吸烟者血液中一氧化碳血红蛋白含量可达10%~15%,同时烟雾中的一氧化碳能与血液中的血红蛋白相结合,使红细胞丧失运氧能力。吸烟还使亿万个红细胞不能得到及时修补,使各部器官受损,造成白细胞数减少。此外,酒能扩张血管,加快血液循环,但长期大量饮烈性酒,可以造成酒精中毒。因此,凡患有心、肾、脑、肝等功能疾病的人不要饮酒烈性酒。
积极治疗寄生虫病:有些寄生虫对血液的损害更不可低估,如钩虫既能吸血,又能分泌毒素,使出血部位凝血困难,造成慢性失血而引起贫血;绦虫在肠内夺取或妨碍造血因子结合而引起贫血;血吸虫可造成肝、脾严重损害,也能造成贫血。因此,患有寄生虫病的人,要积极治疗。
讲究饮食营养:饮食中要提供足够的造血原料,使血液中红细胞和血红蛋白含量保持正常。红细胞发育需要铁、铜、维生素、叶酸等,缺乏某一种造血要素都可引起贫血。所以在饮食上要经常吃含铁、蛋白质、叶酸、维生素丰富的食物,如蛋类、牛奶、鱼、豆类及豆制品、蔬菜等等。为了保护血液清洁,应吃含不饱和脂肪酸多的植物油,如花生油、芝麻油、豆油等,可改善血管内胆固醇的分布,使血浆胆固醇向血管外组织转移,并能减少血小板的粘连性,同时又具有抗凝血作用。据实验表明,经常吃含纤维素的食物,可以降低血中胆固醇的含量。每天饮用适量开水,特别是清晨饮一杯开水,有清洁血液、促进代谢、排除毒素的作用。
适量运动:运动能改变血液中化学成分,有利于防止动脉血管硬化。保护血液、维护心血管系统的健康。要经常参加以耐力性为主的运动项目,如跑步、球类、登山等。
心理健康重要性
健康的含义是什么?《辞海》中说,健康是“人体各器官系统发育良好,体质健壮,功能正常,精力充沛,并具有良好劳动效能的状态。通常用人体测量、健康检查和各种生理指标来衡量”。20世纪70年代联合国世界卫生组织明确指出:“健康不但是没有身体缺陷和疾病,还要有完整的生理、心理状态和社会适应能力。 ”
也就是说,人的健康不仅包括生理健康,同时包括心理健康。国内外心理学家、医学家对心理健康问题有不少精辟见解。心理学家麦灵格说:“心理健康,是指人们对于环境以及人们相互之间具有最高效率及快乐的适应情况。不只是要有效率,也不只是要能有满足之感,或是能愉快地接受生活的变故,而要三者都具备。心理健康的人应能保持平静的情绪,有敏锐的智能,适合于社会环境的行为和愉快的气质。”
著名健康学者马斯乐指出,“心理健康比生理健康更重要。”
身体10个不健康现象
人到中年,难免有些毛病,然而很多人发现生病时常常已很重了,有的甚至失去了治愈的机会。其实大部分疾病在发作前都有一些告警信号,依据这些信号对照自己的身体状况,会对早期发现身体的疾病有一定的益处。
身体易被忽视的10个变化,自测一下以下10条你有没占有一条,如果没有恭喜你。
一、小便增多,常上厕所,晚上口渴。或小便频繁,尤其是夜尿增多,尿液滴沥不净。要小心是否得了糖尿病或前列腺疾病。

养生
指保养、调养、颐养生命。即以调阴阳、和气血、保精神为原则,运用调神、导引吐纳、四时调摄、食养、药养、节欲、辟谷等多种方法,以期达到健康、长寿的目的。
源流
健康、长寿是人们梦寐以求的目标。大自然中日月经天的现象,启发人们师法自然、回归自然,以使生命永在。《周易?象上传》说:“天行健,君子以自强不息 ”。《素问?上古天真论》中说:“余闻上古有真人者,提挈天地,把握阴阳,呼吸精气,独立守神,肌肉若一,故能寿蔽天地,无有终时”。这种期望虽然难以实现,但自古以来追求长寿者却大有人在。汉末 在《 》序中说:“怪当今居世之士,曾不留神医药,精究方术。上以疗君亲之疾,下以救贫贱之厄,中以保身长全,以养其生”,明确提出运用医药的办法进行养生的观点。华佗授其弟子的五禽戏是导引练形以养生的早期记载,华佗授其另一弟子的漆叶青黏散则是延年益寿方剂的早期记载,可知华佗在养生的研究上确有相当的造诣。以恬淡虚无为主导的精神养生或精神调养,源于老庄之学,后来主要发展于佛、道两家,它与两家倡导修炼和清静无为的主张分不开,而这也正是 修炼的重要前提。儒家的气功,主张以无私无畏的浩然正气为根本,即孟子所说的“吾善养吾浩然之气”,后世传习甚少。故气功亦以佛、道两家为主,魏伯阳的《周易参同契》被视为气功学术的经典作品。晋隋时期,矿物药养生达到顶点,服食五石散几乎成了当时士大夫阶层的时髦,流传既广,遗祸亦烈,伤身殒命者比比,这从隋代《诸病源候论》有关记载中可以窥见;唐以后,衰而未绝,帝王豪门因之亡命者代有记述。房中术则在秦汉以前似乎较为开放,这从古时记述中及1973~1974年出土的马王堆汉墓残存帛书中可以看出。宋以后,可能由于程朱理学的发展及影响,性及性生活的封建观念和压抑排斥性的看法日趋严重,谈房中术者不被采录,或视为禁书而遭封删,故流传后世者极少。辟谷养生术自创立至今也逾千载,代有流传,只因遵行不易,须与坐禅等功法相辅而行,一般人难于施行和接受,因而始终没有较大的发展,仅局限在佛教、道教的少数流派中传播。相反,饮食调摄养生法则因符合上下各个阶层尤其是上层社会的需要,故日渐发展,代代深入。四时调摄养生、环境养生等因其顺应自然、符合人愿,故而日积月累,研究渐趋深入。
20世纪70年代以来,国内外对养生学的研究日趋活跃,国外重点在于理论研究及实验,探索衰老的形成原因及机理,包括生物内在的决定因素与生物生存过程中的有害积累两个方面;中国则侧重于传统理论的整理及对抗衰老具体方法的探索。
去病延寿六字诀
吹、呵、嘘、吃、呼、嘻为延寿六字诀,做法是口吐鼻取。
1、总诀
肝若嘘时目争精,肺知晒气双手举,心呵顶上连仪手,肾吹抑取膝头平,脾病呵时须摄口,三焦各热卧嘻嘻。
2、吹肾气
正坐,以两手举起从耳朵左右引三度或是反手抛射,左右同转身三五度即可,以足前后逾左右各十数度,此法能去腰肾膀胱间积聚的风邪,其余如上法,如果要修炼要在静室里焚香,顺温凉之宜,明燥湿之异,每夜半后生气时,或五更睡觉,先呵出腹内浊气,或一到九止,或到五止,定心闭目,叩齿三十六通,以积心神然后以大拇指背试眼睛九遍,并按鼻左右七遍,把两手擦得很热,闭住口,先要呼吸然后到摩面,不论次数,为真人起居法,再以舌尖抵着上腭,口中内外津液满口。分三次咽下,令人胃存神受。这样作三度九咽,得以深深灌溉五脏光泽。
3、呵心气
坐正,两手握拳,用力左右互相筑各六度,又坐正,一手按另一手的腕上,另一手向下拓空如重石,又以两手相仪,用脚踏在手中各五六度,能去心胸间风邪诸疾,关气为之,闭目良久,三咽,三叩齿才停止。
4、嘘肝气
坐下正,以两手相重按下,将身体向左右各慢慢移动三五度,又坐正,两手泄相仪翻覆向胸三五度,此举能够化除肚内郁积的风邪毒气。
5、吃肺气
坐正,两手抵地,缩身曲脊向上举三次,可以消除肺部的风邪和积劳,亦可反手用掌头轻打脊上左右各三五下,闭目咽液叩齿三下才停止,此举能消除胸臆间的风毒闭气。
6、吸脾气
大坐,一脚伸,一脚屈,两手向后反击各三五度,亦可跪坐,以两手抵地,眼睛顾盼虎视各三五度,能去脾脏风邪增加食欲。
7、嘻三焦
平坐,昂头,两掌向上,以两手挽脚腕,摇动三五度,或大坐,两脚向左右伸开,以两手扣地,举身腰脊三五度,能去肾内的风毒邪气。
文献
延年益寿,人同此心。达官贵胄、方外修真、三教九流,于此莫不关注,故而养生文献不限于医家,诸子百家均有所涉及。中国现存养生类著作约数百种,尚不包括涉及养生内容又非养生专著的书籍。养生书籍可分为以下几大类。
通论类
主要从养生的大旨、理论、指导思想等立论,全面分述各种养生方法,泛而不专,有助于人们了解养生理论,并指导一般的养生,如汉代魏伯阳著《周易参同契》、梁代 著《养性延命录》、唐代 著《孙真人养生铭》、宋代陈直著《养老奉亲书》、元代李鹏飞著《三元延寿参赞书》、明代高濂著《遵生八笺》及胡文焕著《寿养丛书》、清代曹庭栋著《老老恒言》等。
食养类
主要从饮食物性味、补泄滑涩的效用与人体状态、天时气候、地理方域等的关系论述养生之道,也包括节食、辟谷等内容。著作如元代忽思慧的《饮膳正要》、《道藏精华录》收载的《服气长生辟谷法》(著者佚名)、清代简缘老人的《节饮集说》等。
导引类
主要从论述气功、导引练形的理论及具体方法上阐明祛病保身、益寿延年之道,内容包括各种门派、形式的气功,各种导引练形(如八段锦、五禽戏、易筋经等著述。如后人从隋代巢元方《诸病源候论》中辑出的《巢氏病源补养宣导法》,明代尹真人著《性命圭旨》和朱权著《臞仙神隐》、清代马齐著《陆地仙经》,以及南北朝达摩祖师的《易筋经》、明代袁黄的《静坐要诀》、清代娄杰的《八段锦坐立功法图诀》等。
炼丹类
主要是各种炼制丹药法的有关记述,古人曾希望通过对各种矿石药物的复杂烧炼过程制造出令人长生不死、霞举飞升的灵丹,虽说设想荒诞,近于虚幻,但却也得到了一些有疗效的治病丹药,开人类药物化学研究之先河。疗疾者如红升丹、白降丹等,临床已有定论。这类著作主要收藏于道家的汇编类道书《道藏》中,如宋代吴悞著《丹房须知》、金陵子著《龙虎还丹诀》以及著者佚名的《黄帝九鼎神丹经诀》等,记载炼丹术最早、最著名且传世者则是晋代葛洪的《抱朴子》。
目的要求
养生的目的是延年益寿,康健无疾。人自胎元初孕直至婴幼、丁壮、老迈,只要一息尚存,均要养生,且养生的要求亦因其情况不同而异。
对寿命的要求
每一种生物都有其大致的正常寿命,蜉蝣之短、灵龟之长,物种使然。人类正常寿命有多长,说法不一。据《 》记载,排除去世离俗、积精全神的真人和至人寿无穷期、与天地永在外(此归于道家的幻想),世人的正常寿命应达百岁,与现代对人寿命的认识基本一致,但至今只有少数寿星可以达到。现今世界上人口平均寿命最长的国家尚不能逾80岁,可见养生确是全人类面临的一大课题。
对健康的要求
健康包括身体与精神两个方面,而诸如植物人、白痴等,其身体的生机可能正常,但神识阙如或不全,失去了人为万物之灵的特征和自我生存的能力。另有羸弱病残,衰颓老迈,辗转不离床褥而兼呈聋、盲、失语须人照料方能生活者,亦不算达到了养生的要求。必须是活动自如、视听不衰、神智正常,即《 》所谓“度百岁而动作不衰”,才算达到了健康长寿的养生标准。
不同年龄的养生要求
①胎儿期。依于母体,长于子宫,亦能感受外界及母体的影响,此期养生主要依赖胎教,故各种养生要求均针对母体,以保证胎儿的正常发育,诸如行动稳重、食饮丰富平和、精神安定愉快、耳不闻恶声、目不睹恶事、睡眠充足、节制房事等。
②婴儿期。已离母体,哺乳赖母。此期为稚嫩之时,形气未充,神气未定,易饱易饥易惊易为邪袭,病则传变迅速,故此期养生在于母子同养,养母以防止母病及子,养子以保证其各种生理需求,适其寒温、多见风日、合理饮食,待之以慈祥、安和、愉快,使婴儿发育结实、稳定。
③幼儿及青春期。此期已完全脱离母体,养生主要在于自身,但又须父母的指导和关怀。此期特点是生长迅速,智力、体力大增,生殖力亦渐成熟,是精神与形体变化最显著的时期。精神方面应对其和蔼、关怀,指导其明事理、辨善恶,失教将导致性格孤僻、行为怪诞,甚至为害社会;身体方面倡导杂食不偏、生活自理、手脚勤快,要充分保证其成长发育的营养需要,避免发育迟缓、发育不良等;尤须注意使其参加力所能及的家务及社会公益活动,急公好义,避免因过分溺爱而养成其所求必得,从不顾及他人的恶习。
④壮年期。此期为人智力、体力的顶峰阶段,达到肌肉隆盛、筋骨劲强、精力充沛的最佳时期,但也是自顶峰回落、开始走向衰老的时期。常由于自恃盛年,饮食劳逸皆失节制,当时不觉,实际体质已损,迈入暮年后迅速衰老,故而此阶段的养生重在保持和谐适度,虽精力盛壮但不做竭力之事,不任彻夜之劳,食饮有节,起居有常,动静结合,节欲保精,把体力、精力保持在旺盛的水平,可延长青春、延缓衰老。
⑤老年期。生命的最后阶段。人之衰老为自然规律,故精神上要放得开。此期人生大事多已了却,心无羁绊,怡然自得,访友话旧,琴棋书画,花鸟虫鱼,一凭己性为取舍,注意起居规律、食饮适宜、锻炼有常,使阴阳平衡、气血顺畅,精气神保持在一个适当的水平,则老而不衰,可望延年益寿。
理论
养生的理论均从维持人的正常状态出发,把减少消耗、加强再生、保持顺畅、维持稳定作为重要的着眼环节,主要强调如下几点。
调和阴阳
《内经》说“生之本,本于阴阳”,又说“阴平阳秘,精神乃治”。所以,调和阴阳则精神充旺,邪不能侵,得保健康。调和之道,须顺时以养阳,调味以养阴,使阳气固密、阴气静守,达到内实外密、健康有寿。
流通气血
气为血帅,血为气母,二者相伴,贯通周身,熏濡百节,流通则生机正常,滞塞则淤结病生。流通之道有二:一是以形体动作促进气血流行,即华佗授弟子五禽戏时所说人体欲得劳动,但不当使极耳。劳动则气血周流,此即流水不腐的道理。二是以意念来导引气的运行,气行则血行,身体虽或动或止,但气血之流通、 之舒畅始终得以保证,此即气功吐纳之术。二者均是通过气血流通而养生。
培补精气
人始生,先成精,先天之精源于父母,藏于肾,为生命之本、繁衍之源。后天之精由生化而来,亦藏于肾。故精乃阴气之本源,精盛则本壮,气化之源旺,故生气勃勃。而人之一切活动无不消耗阴精,故而用药食培补精气,补精以滋源,补气以助化精。延年之药食虽多,而不外乎培补先后天精气之大要。
节欲保精
七情六欲人所不免,多欲则伤精,故须节欲以安精神;房室有节以保肾精,使精常满盛,而体健寿延。
方法
养生方法很多,着眼点各异,但殊途同归。大致分以下几类:
调神养生
精神乐观,则气舒神旺;精神抑郁,则气结神颓;喜怒不节,则气耗神消。故清心寡欲可使心气平和、血脉流畅、精神安定,虽有大惊猝恐而不能为害。调神之法,参禅入定,或心有所恃,或弦歌自娱,或山林探幽,以气度从容,心思安定,志闲而少欲,心安而不惧,则神调。
吐纳养生
即今之气功。气功之要,一是静心,静而不思,若能无外无我,可以养神而致长寿。二是以意引气,以气行周身,通达经络,包括通任督、通小周天、通大周天等各种方法,达到养气养神、经脉流畅,保健强身。
导引养生
又称为练形养生。导引吐纳,自古即用于描述气功及形体强身,未有细致确定的区分。这里则专指以形体动作为主导方法的养生,所谓“主导”,是因为这种方法本身也要求有呼吸动作的配合。这类养生术有五禽戏、八段锦、易筋经、极拳以及被动的推拿等。
食饵养生
通过调节食物的品质、数量、进食规律,以及回避有害的食物以养生,也包括饵药养生(古称神仙服饵),其内容包括食性、食养、食疗、食节、饮食禁忌及药养等。
保精养生
精气神为人之三宝,精化气,气生神,故精又为人之动力源泉。保精之法,开源节流。节流有二:一是养神,神安不乱,精不妄耗,清静无为,恬愉自保。二是节房室,古人将男女好合、房事伤精看得很重,认为精生有限,而性欲无节则过耗,将致疾短寿。开源即促精生长、吸引采补。前者有食饵、药物、修炼等法可以试行,后者则主要与房中术有关。
环境养生
人的生活,不可避免地要受到环境的影响,因而对水土气候、地形地貌、森林植被等均有所选择。古人主张在高爽、幽静、向阳、背风、水清、林秀、草芳之处结庐修养,故多选择名山大川、幽雅清静之处。现实生活中只要达到适宜也就可以
四季养生
顺应阴阳气化是四季养生的奥秘。
四季养生的关键在于顺应阴阳气化。人为什么要顺应阴阳气化养生呢?因为天、地、人是一个整体,人与天、地是相应的。什么相应?阴阳气化相应。所以,要顺应阴阳气化养生,就必须知道阴阳气化的规律。
那么,什么是阴阳?要能做到顺应阴阳气化养生,当然首先应该知道什么是阴阳。
凡是向阳光的、外向的、明亮的、上升的、温热的、永恒运动的,都属于阳。
凡是背阳光的、内守的、晦暗的、下降的、寒冷的、相对静止的,都属于阴。
阴阳产生于宇宙运动,具体是日、月的运动。
日、月运动产生阴阳,阴阳相互作用产生的气的变化叫阴阳气化。阴阳气化产生寒、热、温、凉四季变化及昼夜温差。
讲到阴阳,那就必须提到 《易经》,《易经》 是中国经典中的经典,一部 《易经》 就是讲阴阳运动、讨论阴阳哲理的书。
有这么一条真理:愈是简单的,就愈是实用的。太极图就是讲阴阳气化的最简单却又是最实 用的图示,它浓缩了 《易经》 最高深的阴阳哲理。
美丽的太极图由阴鱼及阳鱼所组成,如下图所示。
太极图浓缩了阴阳哲理,是阴阳运动的象征。
太极图的含义其实就是一句话:
阴阳平分天下。
说具体一点,天下万事万物都是阴阳的运动,都是阴与阳的合抱体,它们互相转化,互相制约,阴极则阳,阳极则阴,阴中有阳,阳中有阴人的养生也要随着自然界的阴阳消长而变化,那么,阴阳消长的规律是什么?
一天之中的子时 (夜晚23至1点) 、一年之中的冬至是阴极;而一天之中的午时 (11至13点) 、一年之中的夏至是阳极。
阴极则阳生,阳极则阴长。就是说:阴极则阳,阳极则阴,阴到了极点就会开始向阳转化,阳到了极点就会开始向阴转化。阴极之后,进入阳长阴消阶段;阳极之后,则又进入阴长阳消时期。卯时是一天中的5至7时,是一年之中的春分;酉时是一天中的17至 19时,是一年之中的秋分。简要言之,从子到午为阳时,从午到子为阴时。
人的五脏和四季气化是完全相通的,具体是:
春 (风) 气通于肝。
夏 (火) 气通于心。
长夏 (湿) 气通于脾。
秋 (燥) 气通于肺。
冬 (寒) 气通于肾。
所以中医学的经典巨著 《黄帝内经》 早已指出四季养生的方法,而这些方法也是遵循四季阴阳消长的规律进行的。
春天如何养生?
春天是阳长阴消的开始,所以应该养阳。春天主生发,万物生发,肝气内应,养生之道在于以养肝为主,原则是:生而勿杀,以使志生。养神志以欣欣向荣。逆之则伤肝,夏为寒变,奉长者少。意思是伤了肝气,就会降低适应夏天的能力。
所以 《黄帝内经》 提出:春三月要夜卧早起,披发缓行,广步于庭 (到庭院中散步) ,以使志生 (使志气生发) 。
夏天如何养生?
夏天是阳长阴消的极期,夏天主长,万物茂盛,心气内应,养生应以养心为主。要使气得泄 (当汗出就汗出),因为夏天属阳,阳主外,所以汗多。逆之则伤心,秋天就会得痰证 (呼吸方面的病),那么就会降低了适应秋天的能力,所谓奉收者少。
正如 《黄帝内经》 所说:夏三月要夜卧早起,无厌于日(不要怕阳光),使志无怒 (心情要愉快) ,使气得泄 (不要闭汗),若所爱在外 (多到户外活动) 。
秋天如何养生?
秋天是阴长阳消的时候,所以要养阴为主。秋天主收,万物收敛,肺气内应,养生应以养肺为主。收敛神气,逆之则伤肺,冬为飧泄 (完谷不化的腹泻) ,奉藏者少 (降低了适应冬天的能力)。
所以《黄帝内经》说:秋三月,要早卧早起,与鸡俱兴 (与鸡一起作息),使志安宁,收敛神气。
冬天如何养生?
冬天,大地收藏,万物皆伏,肾气内应而主藏,养生应以养肾为主,逆之则伤肾,春天会生痿病。奉生者少 (降低了适应春天的能力)。
所以 《黄帝内经》 说:冬三月,万物闭藏,水冰地冻,无扰乎阳 (不要耗散阳气),要让神气内守,要避寒就温,少出汗。必待日光 (多晒太阳)。
为什么说春夏要养阳、秋冬要养阴?

因为四时阴阳消长变化是万物生、长、化、收、藏的根本,所以 《黄帝内经》 说圣人要春夏养阳,秋冬养阴。
春夏为什么要养阳?因为春夏是阳长阴消的阶段,顺应阳长的气化趋势养阳,效果就会比其他时候要好,所以春夏要养阳。
秋冬为什么要养阴?因为秋冬是阴长阳消的阶段,顺应阴长的气化趋势养阴,效果就会比其他时候要好,所以秋冬要养阴。
阴阳是互根互补的,按照阴阳的关系,阴根于阳,阳根于阴。阴为阳之基,无阴则阳无以化;阳为阴之动力,无阳则阴无以生。所以秋冬养阴,也就是为了春夏的阳有根基;春夏养阳,那么秋冬的阴才有动力。
阴虚的人如何养生?
——阴虚的特征
阴偏衰,指人体精、血、津液亏耗,阴不制阳、阴液不足,主要是肾阴不足,因为肾阴为诸阴之本。
阴虚则热,所以具体表现是:五心 (胸心、两手心、两足心) 烦热、骨蒸潮热,面红上火,咽干口燥,消瘦盗汗 (夜里睡醒出汗),舌红少苔,脉细数无力。
导致阴虚的原因:主要是邪热伤阴,五志 (喜、怒、悲、思、恐) 太过,化火伤阴,久病体虚耗阴。

阴气包括生理性及病理性两类:病理性的阴是废物,是要排出的;而生理性的阴是人体所不可少的,因为阴为阳之基础,无阴则阳无以化,所以养阴确实重要。
水在养阴中更为重要。因为水是阴阳气化的基础,没有水,生命就不能继续。水是阴气之源,因此,不但应多喝水,还要吸阴气。

第一,海边、山林、河畔、高山。在这些地方进行锻炼,做深呼吸,吸入大量的阴气,无疑对长寿十分有益。
第二,接地气。这是养阴的重要方法。因为天为阳,地为阴,地是阴气的矿藏,所以接地气十分重要,这就是说,应该经常赤足,这样地气可以从足心的涌泉穴上升入体。
第三,北方。这是阴气产生的重要方向,所以阴亏养生要面北,以汲取北方阴气。
第四,夜晚,面向月光。因为昼为阳,夜为阴,日为阳,月为阴,所以阴亏的人养生,在夜晚面对月光效果最好。
第五,低凹处。这是阴气较浓之处,因为高为阳,低为阴。住一楼的人也有好处,每天都能接着地气,因此寿命要比住高层的人长。

第一,长在水里的东西,如藕、竹笋、荸荠、菱角。
第二,生在向北、背阴处的食物,越冬的冬小麦,长在地里的地瓜、山药等。
总之,地气、北方、月光、低凹之处都属阴,是采吸阴气(所谓负氧离子)的有效地方。
阳虚的人如何养生?

与其他学术思想和学科的关系
中医养生学的指导思想源于中国古代哲学思想,主旨在于效法自然,而其成功的程度亦决定其养生的效果。
寿命的无限延长说,即源自古代哲学特别是老庄学说。庄子在《天道篇》中说静而与阴同德,动而与阳同波,故其动也天、其静也地。《内经》在谈到寿无穷期的真人、至人时,说他们能把握阴阳或和于阴阳,即掌握了自然规律,使自己处于主动地位。达百岁而动作不衰、度百岁乃去的一般符合养生之道的人,也要恬淡虚无,这是道、释二家清虚为保、清静无为的思想的体现。
具体的养生原则,除了思想上的要求外,生活中的具体指导则包括食饮有节、起居有常、不妄作劳及行不欲离于世等,又与孔孟关于注重饮食的规律、数量、品质,强调精神愉快、兼善天下的积极干预社会的主张相吻合。结合《 》的成书年代来看,这是明显地受到上述诸家有关养生主张的影响,并吸收了这些观点。养生学与相关学科关系:①与老年医学的异同:二者都研究衰老的原因,探索延缓和控制衰老的途径、方法,保持老年人的健康、预防老年性疾病的发生等内容;不同点在于老年医学局限于老年这一特定的人生阶段,以此期间的疾病及其诊疗为研究内容,养生学则不包括治疗部分,也不局限于老年这一年龄段。②与康复医学的异同:康复医学的研究对象特指疾病已被控制而其造成的影响尚未得到完全纠正这一特定领域,如病愈后衰弱体质的复壮,骨折愈后关节僵直、肌肉萎缩的恢复,脑出血停止后丧失功能的恢复,人工替代部分(如假肢等)的功能锻炼等。其中如体质的复壮也属于养生学的内容,而其余的则更接近于治疗学的内容。至于人工肢体及其功能锻炼,则属于西医学中伴生的问题,古养生学中无此内容。③与预防医学的异同:预防医学更重视如何预防疾病,如各种预防药物的研制与应用、各种控制病因的手段等;养生学虽也包括强身防病的内容,但却只是其中的一部分。另外,养生学虽然涉猎广泛,但不如预防医学针对性强。④与体育锻炼的关系:应该说,一般的体育锻炼不问其形式和内容,都是从强身健体出发,如游泳、登山、跑马、射箭、下棋、打拳,均是养生的内容。但体育中的竞技,则更在于决出胜负,在于体能的最高表现,已与养生目的不同,也不一定能达到长寿的目的。另外,如武术、技击等虽与太极拳相近,但重在打斗、制敌取胜,是防止被武力伤害意义上的预防,而不是防止被疾病伤害意义上的预防,故而不属于养生学的范畴。正如同弦歌自娱可以养生,而音乐戏剧不属于养生学一样。
又称摄生、道生、养性、卫生、保生、寿世的意思等。所谓生,就是生命、生存、生长的意思;所谓养,即保养、调养、补养的意思。总之,养生就是根据生命的发展规律,达到保养生命、健康精神、增进智慧、延长寿命的目的的科学理论和方法。就是将疾病消灭在萌芽阶段,达到《内经》所说的“治未病”的境界
“养生”一词,最早见于先秦、战国时期的《黄帝内经·灵枢·本神》:“故智者之养生也,必顺四时而适寒署,和喜怒而安居处,节阴阳而调刚柔,如是则僻邪不至,长生久视。”
生产生于上古先民为抗御严酷的自然环境,调整体力,抗御疾病,防治疾病的需要。养生是中华民族的瑰宝,养生是中华民族传统文化的一个有机组成部分,养生是我们的先民在长期的生活实践中认真总结生命经验的结果。
养生是保护生命、延年益寿。我国中医学十分重视预防保健,称为养生,通过精神调养、食疗药膳、养生功法等等整体综合措施。达到体质增强、防治疾病、防止衰老,延长生命的目的。在养生学中强调“治未病”,防重于治,提出了“天人相应”的整体观理论;诸如《素问·上古天真论》记载“法于阴阳,和于术数,饮食有节,起居有常,不妄作劳,故能形与神俱,而尽其天年,度百岁乃去。”又如《素问·宝命全形论》日:“人以天地之气生,四时之法成。”再如《灵枢·岁露篇》载:“人与天地相参也,与日月相应也。”《素问·金匮真言论》曰:“长夏善病洞泄寒中,秋善病疟。”以上道出了:“天人相应”养生依据,提出了适应外在环境的变化。人与自然的密切关系,要适应外在环境,人体内在环境必须要统一,这就要求五脏六腑机能互相联系,以互相制约,保持相对平衡和协调。正如《素问·生气通天论》日:“阴平阳秘,精神乃洽。”的道理。《素问·刺法论》载:“正气存内,邪不可干。”《素问·评热病论》日:“邪之所凑,其气必虚。”
人体正气,来源于五脏,五脏坚强,血气充实,卫外固密,外邪无从侵入,疾病则不发生,健康则有保证。药膳与养生的特点养生法则与方法中医学的整体观理论强调人体平素必须注重四时的气候变化去适应,避免外邪侵袭,是养生的法则,应该遵循,正如《素问·四气调神大论》记载:“四时阴阳者,万物之根本也。所以圣人春夏养阳,秋冬养阴,以从其根….-”。春养生气,夏养长气,秋养收气。冬养藏气,利用外界环境因素,增强体质。总的来说:
一:要顺应春夏秋冬的变化,与所处的节气和谐,始终保持融入自然的的状态。这部分占了养生的十分之七,所谓“三分调七分养”之七
二:保持和谐的心态随遇而安,保持健康的心理。这部分占了养生的十分之二,即“三分调”的个人调养部分
三:及时调理身体失衡之处,使人体在变化的时空中处于平衡状态。这部分占了十分之一。
可喜的是从2004年5月开始,国家劳动和社会保障部以及国家卫生部,与北京大道堂中医养生研究院共同举办了四期养生培训班,至此养生这一职业正式被国家批准,命名为“养生师”。
气功养生史
气功,作为医疗保健,其历史源远流长。它起源于唐尧时期,奠基于春秋战国,以后历代有所发展。远在两千多年前先秦时期的医学著作和其他著作中,就有关于气功的论述。道家的老子、庄子,都在他们的著作中提到了古代的气功,如《老子》中的“虚其心,实其腹”、“致虚极,守静笃”、“专气致柔,能婴儿乎”,《庄子》中的“吹呴呼吸,吐故纳新,熊经鸟伸”等,均是讲练功的。现存最早的且完整地描述呼吸锻炼的,要数战国初年石刻文中的《行气玉佩铭》。1973年湖南长沙马王堆三号汉墓出土的一批简帛医书中,就有描述气功的帛书帛画。《黄帝内经》中亦有不少地方与气功有关,如《素间·刺法论》的“肾有久病者,可以寅时面向南,净神不乱思,闭气不息七遍,以引颈咽气顺之,如咽甚硬物,如此七遍后,饵后下津令无数 ”等。气功一词,首见于晋时许逊《净明宗教录》的“气功阐微”,但这一词在古代未普遍使用,而是直到现代才盛行起来;在古代,仍称为导引、吐纳。服气等。葛洪在其《抱朴子》中,对气功养生的经验和方法作了较详细的记载。南北朝时代,陶弘景辑录了六朝以前的气功养生经验,编辑成《养性延命录》,占该书之半的《服气疗病》和《导引按摩》两部分,有些内容与目前在应用的动静功法极为相似。
巢元方《诸病源候论》中,于绝大部分证候下都载有导引、吐纳的方法,约有260余种,可说是隋代以前气功疗法的一次总结。孙思邈的《摄养枕中方》一书,其中导引、行气两节,专论古代气功。孙氏特别强调“气息得理,即百病不生”的呼吸锻炼作用。他还介绍了六字诀的具体运用,以及动功“天竺国按摩婆罗门法”计十八势、“老子按摩法”计四十九个动作。
两宋金元时代,道教内丹术兴起,古代气功开始融合其中某些部分,这是该时期气功发展的特点。《圣济总录》是北宋政和中官修的方书,卷帙浩大。原书未有咽津、导引、服气三部分,是专论气功的。进入明清时代,古代气功发展的特点是更广泛地为医家所掌握、所应用,气功养生的专著各在60余种以上。如《保生秘要》列述了近四十种病症的导引运动方法。明朝名医李时珍所著《奇经八脉考》中,记载了一些练功方法,提出了“内景坠道,唯返观者能照察之”的练功体会。清朝汪切庵所著《医方集解》中,记载了调息功的详细操作方法和注意事项。
中华人民共和国建立后,在政府的中医政策指引下,气功疗法更得到了蓬蓬勃勃的发展,被越来越多的人广泛作为一种强身健体的手段。
道家养生
道家学说是春秋战国时期以老子、庄子为代表的人们所提出的哲学思想。他们的学术思想在中医养生学的形成过程中产生过一定的影响。
道家因崇尚自然高远,鄙弃狭隘功利主义,而常常走向极端,主张绝对虚无,反对一切作为,甚至进而反对一切人类文化、知识和技术的进步、否定文明的价值;因反对权威和社会的等级秩序、批判社会弊端而放弃社会责任、淡漠参与意识、不信任甚至完全拒绝任何具体实际的社会改革措施,等等。应该看到,道家思想中的这些历史局限性和消极面,的确对中国传统文化产生了许多不良影响,也对中华民族精神具有一定的腐蚀性。
道家所主张的“道”,是指天地万物的本质及其自然循环的规律。自然界万物处于经常的运动变化之中,道即是其基本法则。《道德经》中说:“人法地,地法天,天法道,道法自然”,就是关于“道”的具体阐述。所以,人的生命活动符合自然规律,才能够使人长寿。这是道家养生的根本观点。
道家思想中,“清静无为”、“返朴归真”、“顺应自然”、“贵柔”等主张,对中医养生保健有很大影响和促进。
1、清静无为
清静,在这里主要指的是心神宁静;无为指的是不轻举妄动。具体地说,就是《道德经》所说的“少私寡欲”。这种清静无为以养神长寿的思想,一直为历代养生家所重视,浸透到养生学中养精神、调情志、气功导引、健身功法等各方面。
2、贵柔、返朴归真
老子在实际生活中观察到,新生的东西是柔弱的,但却富有生命力;事物强大了,就会引起衰老。他在《道德经》中指出:“坚强者,死之徒;柔弱者,生之徒”。如果经常处在柔弱的地位,就可以避免过早地衰老。所以,老子主张无欲、无知、无为,回复到人生最初的单纯状态,即所谓“返朴归真”。
3、形神兼养
庄子养生倡导去物欲致虚静以养神,但也不否认有一定的养形作用。《庄子·刻意》说:“吐故纳新,熊经鸟申,为寿而已。此道引之士、养形之人,彭祖寿考者所好也”。由此可见,我国古代的导引术是道家所倡导的,从其产生开始就是用于健身、治病、防病的。
道家的自然养生思想对后世影响极大,历代都有众多的崇拜者与继承者。他们一方面身体力行,体验效果,同时还阐述发挥补充老庄养生思想,撰述著作,指导后人。
气功养生的机理
气功之所以有养生益寿的作用,首先是因为通过练气功,可以疏通人体经络,流通气血,特别是使人体的元气旺盛,所以无病可以强身,有病可以治病;其次,是因为运用气功各种功法的锻炼,可以使“精、气、神”三者融为一体,增强机体的生命活力,生命自然会延长,推迟衰老,健康长寿。
中国著名气功师刘贵珍,在其所著的《气功疗法实践》一书中,较详细地阐明了气功养生的道理,现引用几点如下:
1. 培补元气,扶正法邪
在气功学理论中,贯穿着“以气为本”的论点,在方法锻炼上,也强调培补元气以固本的指导观点。那么,气功是通过何种机理而实现培补元气这一作用的呢?《素问·上古天真论》指出:“恬淡虚无,真气从之;精神内守,病安从来。”这就是气功培补元气机理的精辟阐述与概括。祖国医学把精、气、神视为人体的内因,它概括地反映了人体的机能状态,气功就是外练“筋、骨、皮”、内练“精、气、神”的动静结合的自我锻炼养生法。“精”包括先天肾精和后天水谷之精两部分,二者通过肺心脾诸脏,敷布周身,以保证人体的生长、发育、生殖等生理活动的实现。气功对精有着明显的影响和作用,只要练功得法,并持之以恒,对先天精与后天精都有加强充实作用。男性患者的遗精、早泄、精冷、精稀及女性患者的带下、崩漏、经少、病理性闭经等现象,都属于精的病理范围,这些病理现象,通过练功都可得到程度不同的效果,此即是气功对阴精发挥作用的佐证。消化功能紊乱、营养障碍的患者,通过气功心肾相交之法,肾阳因秘,脾阳得肾而健运,胃阴也得肾水上济而滋润,从而,胃腑和降善于纳腐,脾运有度、精微充脉,临床表现为食欲大振、食量增加。消化腺分泌旺盛、合成代谢加强、营养状态得到改善等等,这都是气功对水谷之精发挥作用的佐证。以上是气功对后天精的作用表现。气功对先天之精也同样具有充益作用。先天之精藏于肾,气功意守丹田命门之法,就是充实精水之术。先天精依赖于后天精的索养,通过吸抵撮闭锻炼,兼备寡欲持满陶冶,则阴精自然充实而固涩,肾中之精得阴精濡养,则愈加壮益,元精益固、元气自充,这就是“练精化气”的必然趋势。显然,气功益精固水的作用,就是气功培补元气的机转。练功元气充益后,即可更好地激发与推动脏腑进行正常有效的生理活动,这对维持机体健康具有重要意义。此外,又能进一步发挥练气化神的作用。神,包括了先天之神和后天识神两种。元神生化于先天之元气,识神生化于后天之精气。元神、识神都来源于物质,又皆反作用于物质。《素问·移精变气论》谈到:“得神者昌,失神者亡”,指出了神在生命活动中的重要性,这是气功培补元气的又一重要意义。
2. 调节阴阳
通过实验研究和临床观察,也证实气功对阴阳平衡的调节性影响是广泛存在的。祖国医学认为,形、精可以转为功能,此乃阳源于阴的正常生理现象,但当机体功能亢进时,则可使形、精耗伤。气功锻炼入静后,则交感神经兴奋强度减弱,气体代谢降低,高反应状态得以纠正,亢强的功能得以调整,这些都是气功抑阳扶阴作用的具体表现。气功的补阳作用也是极其广泛的根据“肾虚”的理论分型,观察到肾阳虚者,练功后出现的四肢由厥冷变暖,尿酮类固醇恢复到正常水平,血浆三磷酸腺苷。环腺苷酸含量增加,以及白细胞吞噬能力增强等变化,都是气功补阳作用的体现。气功调整阴阳动态平衡的作用,是通过“抑亢扶弱”的双调制效应而实现的,此作用并在不同层次水平上表现出来,这就是气功治病、保健的机转所在。
3. 通经活络,调和气血
气功治病、保健的作用,是通过“通经活络”来实现,临床上观察到,经络不通、气血不调的患者,其肢体两侧经络测定值不等或差数悬殊;练功后,凡气血弱者,通过练功,都可得到不同程度的加强。练功过程中,还观察到经络传感明显和内气循环任、督和其他络脉运行等现象,这都是气功通经活络作用的具体表现。
