世界衛生組織(WHO)給健康所下的正式定義:

青春期少年心理健康
對於一個青春期少年來說,保持心理健康應該做到以下點:

(6)接受自己的性身份。青春期少年要正確認識和對待自己的性身份,做符自己性身份的事,對自己是男性或女性感到滿意,决不因為自己的性而産生自卑感。衹有自覺認識和正確對待自己的性身份,才能愉快接受自己的性身份,保持良好的心理狀態。這也是青春期少年心理健康的一個重要標志。

世界衛生組織(WHO)認為:亞健康狀態是健康與疾病之間的臨界狀態,各種儀器及檢驗結果為陰性,但人有各種各樣的不適感覺。這是新的醫學理論、新概念,也是社會展、科學與人類生活水平提高的産物,它與現代社會人們的不健康生活方式及所承受的社會壓力不斷增大有直接關係。
亞健康狀態多現為:由於過度腦力勞動、精神長期緊張所致的疲勞綜遠征,如精力不足、註意力分散、胸悶氣短、心悸、失眠、健忘、頸肩腰背酸痛、遇事緊張等;由於內分泌失調,更年期綜遠征、人衰老所引起的煩躁、盜汗、潮熱、抑、頭暈目眩、月經不調、性機能減退等;重病恢期及長期慢性病所引起的各種不適等。
亞健康狀態的諸多現,在中醫理論中屬“虛勞證精氣不足型”。中醫運用填精、補氣、生血、強神、壯腎陽的手段,來調理人陰陽氣血和心、肝、脾、肺、腎五功能,使之恢於正常狀態,服“虛勞”。常常精選如黃芪、人參、地黃、當歸、枸杞子、大棗等具有補氣血、壯腎陽、滋陰精、生津液、固衛、安五、強精神、活血脈等作用的中藥材,針對各種不同狀態的“亞健康”嚴謹配伍、辨證地施治。
亞健康狀態自測
由於亞健康狀態是介於健康狀態和疾病狀態之間和一種遊離狀態,所以對於亞健康狀態的診斷很難界定。比如疲勞、失眠,健康的人經過適當的休息與調理就可以得到糾正與服,但若長期處於疲勞、失眠狀態就可視為亞健康。
對此,有人專門羅列出30亞健康狀態的狀提供給人們作自我檢測。如果在以下30項現象中,您感覺自己存在6項或6項以上,則可視為進入亞健康狀態。
(1)精神焦慮,緊張不安;(2)憂孤獨,自卑悶;
(3)註意力分散,思維膚淺;(4)遇事激動,無事自煩;
(5)健忘多疑,熟人忘名;(6)興趣變淡,欲望驟減;
(7)懶於交際,情緒低落;(8)常感疲勞,眼脹頭昏;

血液健康
血液是人寶貴的紅色生命之河,保護血液就是保護生命與健康。要使自己的血液不受污染、阻塞、瘀積,必須重視保護血液。那麽,如何保護好自己的血液不受污染呢?
避免化學毒物:在工業企業中損害血液之物是多化學毒物。如引起高鐵血紅蛋白血的毒物有:苯的氨基、硝基化物等;引起溶血性貧血的毒物有:砷化氫、苯胺、硝基苯等。其中尤以砷化氫最為嚴重;影響造血功能障礙的毒物有:苯、抗腫瘤藥物、放射性物質等。放射性物質既能抑骨髓造血功能,又能引起粒細胞減少。
慎用某些藥物:有些治療藥物對血液損害不可忽視,如氯黴素成人劑量每日超過50毫/千克克勤克儉,在血液內的濃度超過25微/毫升時。1~2周,幾乎都會阻礙紅細胞的成熟。其次是磺胺類、治療癌的環磷酰胺等。這些藥物如使用不慎,也會引起造血功能或粒細胞生障礙。
禁煙少量飲酒:測試明,正常人血液中的一氧化碳血紅蛋白衹有0.5%~0.7%,而吸煙者血液中一氧化碳血紅蛋白含量可達10%~15%,同時煙霧中的一氧化碳能與血液中的血紅蛋白相結,使紅細胞喪失運氧能力。吸煙還使億萬個紅細胞不能得到及時修補,使各部器官受損,造成白細胞數減少。此外,酒能擴張血管,加快血液循環,但長期大量飲烈性酒,可以造成酒精中毒。因此,凡患有心、腎、腦、肝等功能疾病的人不要飲酒烈性酒。
積極治療寄生病:有些寄生對血液的損害更不可低估,如鈎既能吸血,又能分泌毒素,使出血部位凝血難,造成慢性失血而引起貧血;縧在腸內奪取或妨礙造血因子結而引起貧血;血吸可造成肝、脾嚴重損害,也能造成貧血。因此,患有寄生病的人,要積極治療。
講究飲食營養:飲食中要提供足夠的造血原料,使血液中紅細胞和血紅蛋白含量保持正常。紅細胞育需要鐵、銅、維生素、葉酸等,缺乏某一種造血要素都可引起貧血。所以在飲食上要經常吃含鐵、蛋白質、葉酸、維生素豐富的食物,如蛋類、牛奶、魚、豆類及豆品、蔬菜等等。為保護血液清潔,應吃含不飽和脂肪酸多的植物油,如花生油、芝麻油、豆油等,可改善血管內膽固醇的分佈,使血漿膽固醇血管外組織轉移,能減少血小的粘連性,同時又具有抗凝血作用。實驗明,經常吃含纖維素的食物,可以降低血中膽固醇的含量。每天飲用適量開水,特是清晨飲一杯開水,有清潔血液、促進代謝、排除毒素的作用。
適量運動:運動能改變血液中化學成分,有利於防止動脈血管硬化。保護血液、維護心血管統的健康。要經常參加以耐力性為主的運動項目,如跑步、球類、登山等。
心理健康重要性
健康的含義是什麽?《辭海》中說,健康是“人各器官統育良好,質健壯,功能正常,精力充沛,具有良好勞動效能的狀態。通常用人測量、健康檢查和各種生理指標來衡量”。20世紀70年代聯國世界衛生組織明確指出:“健康不但是沒有身體缺陷和疾病,還要有完整的生理、心理狀態和社會適應能力。 ”
也就是說,人的健康不僅包括生理健康,同時包括心理健康。國內外心理學家、醫學家對心理健康問題有不少精闢見解。心理學家麥靈格說:“心理健康,是指人們對於環境以及人們相互之間具有最高效率及快樂的適應情況。不是要有效率,也不是要能有滿足之感,或是能愉快地接受生活的變故,而要三者都具備。心理健康的人應能保持平靜的情緒,有敏銳的智能,適於社會環境的行為和愉快的氣質。”
著名健康學者馬斯樂指出,“心理健康比生理健康更重要。”
身體10個不健康現象
人到中年,難免有些毛病,然而很多人現生病時常常已很重,有的甚至失去治愈的機會。其實大部分疾病在作前都有一些告警信號,依這些信號對照自己的身體狀況,會對早期現身體的疾病有一定的益處。
身體易被忽視的10個變化,自測一下以下10條你有沒占有一條,如果沒有恭喜你。
一、小便增多,常上厠所,晚上口渴。或小便頻繁,尤其是夜尿增多,尿液滴瀝不淨。要小心是否得糖尿病或前列腺疾病。

養生
指保養、調養、頤養生命。即以調陰陽、和氣血、保精神為原則,運用調神、導引吐納、四時調攝、食養、藥養、節欲、山𠔌維𠔌等多方法,以期達到健康、長壽的目的。
源流
健康、長壽是人們夢寐以求的目標。大自然中日月經天的現象,啓人們師法自然、歸自然,以使生命永在。《周易?象上傳》說:“天行健,君子以自強不息 ”。《素問?上古天真論》中說:“聞上古有真人者,提挈天地,把握陰陽,呼吸精氣,獨立守神,肌肉若一,故能壽蔽天地,無有終時”。這期望雖然難以實現,但自古以來追求長壽者卻大有人在。漢末 在《 》序中說:“怪當今居世之士,曾不留神醫藥,精究方。上以療君親之疾,下以救貧賤之厄,中以保身長全,以養其生”,明確提出運用醫藥的辦法進行養生的觀點。華佗授其弟子的五禽戲是導引練形以養生的早期記載,華佗授其另一弟子的漆葉青黏散則是延年益壽方劑的早期記載,可知華佗在養生的研究上確有相當的造詣。以恬淡虛無為主導的精神養生或精神調養,源於老莊之學,來主要展於佛、道兩,它與兩倡導修煉和清靜無為的主張分不開,而這也正是 修煉的重要前提。儒的氣功,主張以無私無畏的浩然正氣為根本,即孟子所說的“吾善養吾浩然之氣”,世傳習甚少。故氣功亦以佛、道兩為主,魏伯陽的《周易參同契》被視為氣功學的經典作品。晉隋時期,礦物藥養生達到頂點,服食五石散幾乎成當時士大夫階層的時髦,流傳既,遺禍亦烈,傷身殞命者比比,這從隋代《諸病源候論》有關記載中可以窺見;唐以,衰而未絶,帝王豪門因之亡命者代有記述。房中則在秦漢以前似乎較為開放,這從古時記述中及1973~1974年出土的馬王堆漢墓殘存帛書中可以看出。宋以,可能由於程理學的展及影響,性及性生活的封建觀念和壓抑排斥性的看法日趨嚴重,談房中者不被錄,或視為禁書而遭封刪,故流傳世者極少。山𠔌維𠔌養生自創立至今也逾載,代有流傳,因遵行不易,與坐禪等功法相輔而行,一般人難於施行和接受,因而始終沒有較大的展,僅局限在佛教、道教的少數流派中傳播。相反,飲食調攝養生法則因符上下各個階層尤其是上層社會的需要,故日漸展,代代深入。四時調攝養生、環境養生等因其順應自然、符人,故而日積月,研究漸趨深入。
20世紀70年代以來,國內外對養生學的研究日趨活躍,國外重點在於理論研究及實驗,探索衰老的形成原因及機理,包括生物內在的决定因素與生物生存過程中的有害積兩個方面;中國則側重於傳統理論的整理及對抗衰老具方法的探索。
去病延壽六字訣
吹、呵、噓、吃、呼、嘻為延壽六字訣,做法是口吐鼻取。
1、總訣
肝若噓時目爭精,肺知曬氣雙手舉,心呵頂上連儀手,腎吹抑取膝頭平,脾病呵時攝口,三焦各熱臥嘻嘻。
2、吹腎氣
正坐,以兩手舉起從耳朵左右引三度或是反手拋射,左右同轉身三五度即可,以足前逾左右各十數度,此法能去腰腎膀胱間積聚的風邪,其餘如上法,如果要修煉要在靜室焚香,順溫涼之宜,明燥濕之異,每夜半生氣時,或五更睡覺,先呵出腹內濁氣,或一到九止,或到五止,定心閉目,叩齒三十六通,以積心神然以大拇指背試眼睛九遍,按鼻左右七遍,把兩手擦得很熱,閉住口,先要呼吸然到摩,不論次數,為真人起居法,再以舌尖抵着上齶,口中內外津液滿口。分三次咽下,令人胃存神受。這樣作三度九咽,得以深深灌溉五光澤。
3、呵心氣
坐正,兩手握拳,用力左右互相各六度,又坐正,一手按另一手的腕上,另一手下拓空如重石,又以兩手相儀,用腳踏在手中各五六度,能去心胸間風邪諸疾,關氣為之,閉目良久,三咽,三叩齒停止。
4、噓肝氣
坐下正,以兩手相重按下,將身體左右各慢慢移動三五度,又坐正,兩手泄相儀翻覆胸三五度,此舉能夠化除肚內積的風邪毒氣。
5、吃肺氣
坐正,兩手抵地,縮身麯脊上舉三次,可以消除肺部的風邪和積勞,亦可反手用掌頭輕打脊上左右各三五下,閉目咽液叩齒三下停止,此舉能消除胸臆間的風毒閉氣。
6、吸脾氣
大坐,一腳伸,一腳屈,兩手皇后反擊各三五度,亦可跪坐,以兩手抵地,眼睛顧盼虎視各三五度,能去脾風邪增加食欲。
7、嘻三焦
平坐,昂頭,兩掌上,以兩手輓腳腕,搖動三五度,或大坐,兩腳左右伸開,以兩手扣地,舉身腰脊三五度,能去腎內的風毒邪氣。
文獻
延年益壽,人同此心。達官貴胄、方外修真、三教九流,於此莫不關註,故而養生文獻不限於醫,諸子百均有所涉及。中國現存養生類著作約數百,尚不包括涉及養生內容又非養生專著的書籍。養生書籍可分為以下大類。
通論類
主要從養生的大旨、理論、指導思想等立論,全分述各種養生方法,泛而不專,有助於人們瞭解養生理論,指導一般的養生,如漢代魏伯陽著《周易參同契》、梁代 著《養性延命錄》、唐代 著《孫真人養生銘》、宋代陳直著《養老奉親書》、元代李鵬飛著《三元延壽參贊書》、明代高濂著《遵生八箋》及文煥著《壽養叢書》、清代曹庭棟著《老老恆言》等。
食養類
主要從飲食物性味、補泄滑澀的效用與人狀態、天時氣候、地理方域等的關係論述養生之道,也包括節食、山𠔌維𠔌等內容。著作如元代忽思慧的《飲膳正要》、《道藏精華錄》收載的《服氣長生山𠔌維𠔌法》(著者佚名)、清代簡緣老人的《節飲集說》等。
導引類
主要從論述氣功、導引練形的理論及具方法上闡明祛病保身、益壽延年之道,內容包括各種門派、形式的氣功,各種導引練形(如八段錦、五禽戲、易筋經等著述。如人從隋代巢元方《諸病源候論》中輯出的《巢氏病源補養宣導法》,明代尹真人著《性命圭旨》和權著《臞仙神隱》、清代馬齊著《陸地仙經》,以及南北朝達摩祖師的《易筋經》、明代袁黃的《靜坐要訣》、清代婁傑的《八段錦坐立功法圖訣》等。
煉丹類
主要是各種煉丹藥法的有關記述,古人曾希望通過對各種礦石藥物的雜燒煉過程製造出令人長生不死、霞舉飛升的靈丹,雖說設想荒誕,近於虛幻,但卻也得到一些有療效的治病丹藥,開人類藥物化學研究之先河。療疾者如紅升丹、白降丹等,臨床已有定論。這類著作主要收藏於道的編類道書《道藏》中,如宋代吳悞著《丹房須知》、金陵子著《竜虎還丹訣》以及著者佚名的《黃帝九鼎神丹經訣》等,記載煉丹最早、最著名且傳世者則是晉代葛洪的《抱子》。
目的要求
養生的目的是延年益壽,康健無疾。人自胎元初孕直至嬰幼、丁壯、老邁,要一息尚存,均要養生,且養生的要求亦因其情況不同而異。
對壽命的要求
每一種生物都有其大致的正常壽命,蜉蝣之短、靈龜之長,物種使然。人類正常壽命有多長,說法不一。《 》記載,排除去世離俗、積精全神的真人和至人壽無窮期、與天地永在外(此歸於道的幻想),世人的正常壽命應達百歲,與現代對人壽命的認識基本一致,但至今衹有少數壽星可以達到。現今世界上人口平均壽命最長的國尚不能逾80歲,可見養生確是全人類面臨的一大課題。
對健康的要求
健康包括身體與精神兩個方面,而諸如植物人、白癡等,其身體的生機可能正常,但神識闕如或不全,失去人為萬物之靈的特和自我生存的能力。另有羸弱病殘,衰頽老邁,輾轉不離床褥而兼呈聾、盲、失語人照料方能生活者,亦不算達到養生的要求。必須是活動自如、視聽不衰、神智正常,即《 》所謂“度百歲而動作不衰”,算達到健康長壽的養生標。
不同年齡的養生要求
①胎兒期。依於母,長於子宮,亦能感受外界及母的影響,此期養生主要依賴胎教,故各種養生要求均針對母,以保證胎兒的正常育,諸如行動穩重、食飲豐富平和、精神安定愉快、耳不聞惡聲、目不睹惡事、睡眠充足、節制房事等。
②嬰兒期。已離母,哺乳賴母。此期為稚嫩之時,形氣未充,神氣未定,易飽易饑易驚易為邪襲,病則傳變迅速,故此期養生在於母子同養,養母以防止母病及子,養子以保證其各種生理需求,適其寒溫、多見風日、理飲食,待之以慈祥、安和、愉快,使嬰兒育結實、穩定。
③幼兒及青春期。此期已完全脫離母,養生主要在於自身,但又父母的指導和關懷。此期特點是生長迅速,智力、力大增,生殖力亦漸成熟,是精神與形變化最顯著的時期。精神方面應對其和藹、關懷,指導其明事理、辨善惡,失教將導致性格孤僻、行為怪誕,甚至為害社會;身體方面倡導雜食不偏、生活自理、手腳勤快,要充分保證其成長育的營養需要,避免育遲緩、育不良等;尤註意使其參加力所能及的務及社會公益活動,急公好義,避免因過分溺愛而養成其所求必得,從不顧及他人的惡習。
④壯年期。此期為人智力、力的頂峰階段,達到肌肉隆盛、筋骨勁強、精力充沛的最佳時期,但也是自頂峰落、開始走衰老的時期。常由於自恃盛年,飲食勞逸皆失節制,當時不覺,實際質已損,邁入暮年迅速衰老,故而此階段的養生重在保持和諧適度,雖精力盛壯但不做竭力之事,不任徹夜之勞,食飲有節,起居有常,動靜結,節欲保精,把力、精力保持在旺盛的水平,可延長青春、延緩衰老。
⑤老年期。生命的最階段。人之衰老為自然規律,故精神上要放得開。此期人生大事多已了卻,心無羈絆,怡然自得,訪友話舊,琴棋書畫,花鳥魚,一憑己性為取,註意起居規律、食飲適宜、鍛煉有常,使陰陽平衡、氣血順暢,精氣神保持在一個適當的水平,則老而不衰,可望延年益壽。
理論
養生的理論均從維持人的正常狀態出,把減少消耗、加強再生、保持順暢、維持穩定作為重要的着眼環節,主要強調如下點。
調和陰陽
《內經》說“生之本,本於陰陽”,又說“陰平陽秘,精神乃治”。所以,調和陰陽則精神充旺,邪不能侵,得保健康。調和之道,順時以養陽,調味以養陰,使陽氣固密、陰氣靜守,達到內實外密、健康有壽。
流通氣血
氣為血帥,血為氣母,二者相伴,貫通周身,熏濡百節,流通則生機正常,滯塞則淤結病生。流通之道有二:一是以形動作促進氣血流行,即華佗授弟子五禽戲時所說人欲得勞動,但不當使極耳。勞動則氣血周流,此即流水不腐的道理。二是以意念來導引氣的運行,氣行則血行,身體雖或動或止,但氣血之流通、 之舒暢始終得以保證,此即氣功吐納之。二者均是通過氣血流通而養生。
培補精氣
人始生,先成精,先天之精源於父母,藏於腎,為生命之本、繁衍之源。天之精由生化而來,亦藏於腎。故精乃陰氣之本源,精盛則本壯,氣化之源旺,故生氣勃勃。而人之一切活動無不消耗陰精,故而用藥食培補精氣,補精以滋源,補氣以助化精。延年之藥食雖多,而不外乎培補先天精氣之大要。
節欲保精
七情六欲人所不免,多欲則傷精,故節欲以安精神;房室有節以保腎精,使精常滿盛,而健壽延。
方法
養生方法很多,着眼點各異,但殊途同歸。大致分以下類:
調神養生
精神樂觀,則氣舒神旺;精神抑,則氣結神頽;喜怒不節,則氣耗神消。故清心寡欲可使心氣平和、血脈流暢、精神安定,雖有大驚猝恐而不能為害。調神之法,參禪入定,或心有所恃,或弦歌自娛,或山林探幽,以氣度從容,心思安定,志閑而少欲,心安而不懼,則神調。
吐納養生
即今之氣功。氣功之要,一是靜心,靜而不思,若能無外無我,可以養神而致長壽。二是以意引氣,以氣行周身,通達經絡,包括通任督、通小周天、通大周天等各種方法,達到養氣養神、經脈流暢,保健強身。
導引養生
又稱為練形養生。導引吐納,自古即用於描述氣功及形強身,未有細緻確定的區分。這裏則專指以形動作為主導方法的養生,所謂“主導”,是因為這方法本身也要求有呼吸動作的配。這類養生有五禽戲、八段錦、易筋經、極拳以及被動的推拿等。
食餌養生
通過調節食物的品質、數量、進食規律,以及避有害的食物以養生,也包括餌藥養生(古稱神仙服餌),其內容包括食性、食養、食療、食節、飲食禁忌及藥養等。
保精養生
精氣神為人之三寶,精化氣,氣生神,故精又為人之動力源泉。保精之法,開源節流。節流有二:一是養神,神安不亂,精不妄耗,清靜無為,恬愉自保。二是節房室,古人將男女好合、房事傷精看得很重,認為精生有限,而性欲無節則過耗,將疾短壽。開源即促精生長、吸引補。前者有食餌、藥物、修煉等法可以試行,者則主要與房中有關。
環境養生
人的生活,不可避免地要受到環境的影響,因而對水土氣候、地形地貌、森林植被等均有所選擇。古人主張在高爽、幽靜、陽、背風、水清、林秀、草芳之處結廬修養,故多選擇名山大川、幽雅清靜之處。現實生活中要達到適宜也就可以
四季養生
順應陰陽氣化是四季養生的奧秘。
四季養生的關鍵在於順應陰陽氣化。人為什麽要順應陰陽氣化養生呢?因為天、地、人是一個整,人與天、地是相應的。什麽相應?陰陽氣化相應。所以,要順應陰陽氣化養生,就必須知道陰陽氣化的規律。
那麽,什麽是陰陽?要能做到順應陰陽氣化養生,當然首先應該知道什麽是陰陽。
凡是陽光的、外的、明亮的、上升的、溫熱的、永恆運動的,都屬於陽。
凡是背陽光的、內守的、晦暗的、下降的、寒冷的、相對靜止的,都屬於陰。
陰陽産生於宇宙運動,具是日、月的運動。
日、月運動産生陰陽,陰陽相互作用産生的氣的變化叫陰陽氣化。陰陽氣化産生寒、熱、溫、涼四季變化及晝夜溫差。
講到陰陽,那就必須提到 《易經》,《易經》 是中國經典中的經典,一部 《易經》 就是講陰陽運動、討論陰陽哲理的書。
有這麽一條真理:愈是簡單的,就愈是實用的。太極圖就是講陰陽氣化的最簡單卻又是最實 用的圖示,它濃縮 《易經》 最高深的陰陽哲理。
美麗的太極圖由陰魚及陽魚所組成,如下圖所示。
太極圖濃縮陰陽哲理,是陰陽運動的象徵。
太極圖的含義其實就是一句話:
陰陽平分天下。
說具一點,天下萬事萬物都是陰陽的運動,都是陰與陽的抱,它們互相轉化,互相約,陰極則陽,陽極則陰,陰中有陽,陽中有陰人的養生也要隨着自然界的陰陽消長而變化,那麽,陰陽消長的規律是什麽?
一天之中的子時 (夜晚23至1點) 、一年之中的鼕至是陰極;而一天之中的午時 (11至13點) 、一年之中的夏至是陽極。
陰極則陽生,陽極則陰長。就是說:陰極則陽,陽極則陰,陰到極點就會開始陽轉化,陽到極點就會開始陰轉化。陰極之,進入陽長陰消階段;陽極之,則又進入陰長陽消時期。卯時是一天中的5至7時,是一年之中的春分;酉時是一天中的17至 19時,是一年之中的分。簡要言之,從子到午為陽時,從午到子為陰時。
人的五和四季氣化是完全相通的,具是:
春 (風) 氣通於肝。
夏 (火) 氣通於心。
長夏 (濕) 氣通於脾。
(燥) 氣通於肺。
鼕 (寒) 氣通於腎。
所以中醫學的經典巨著 《黃帝內經》 早已指出四季養生的方法,而這些方法也是遵循四季陰陽消長的規律進行的。
春天如何養生?
春天是陽長陰消的開始,所以應該養陽。春天主生,萬物生,肝氣內應,養生之道在於以養肝為主,原則是:生而勿殺,以使志生。養神志以欣欣榮。逆之則傷肝,夏為寒變,奉長者少。意思是傷肝氣,就會降低適應夏天的能力。
所以 《黃帝內經》 提出:春三月要夜臥早起,披緩行,步於庭 (到庭院中散步) ,以使志生 (使志氣生) 。
夏天如何養生?
夏天是陽長陰消的極期,夏天主長,萬物茂盛,心氣內應,養生應以養心為主。要使氣得泄 (當汗出就汗出),因為夏天屬陽,陽主外,所以汗多。逆之則傷心,天就會得痰證 (呼吸方面的病),那麽就會降低適應天的能力,所謂奉收者少。
正如 《黃帝內經》 所說:夏三月要夜臥早起,無厭於日(不要怕陽光),使志無怒 (心情要愉快) ,使氣得泄 (不要閉汗),若所愛在外 (多到戶外活動) 。
天如何養生?
天是陰長陽消的時候,所以要養陰為主。天主收,萬物收斂,肺氣內應,養生應以養肺為主。收斂神氣,逆之則傷肺,鼕為飧泄 (完不化的腹瀉) ,奉藏者少 (降低適應鼕天的能力)。
所以《黃帝內經》說:三月,要早臥早起,與雞俱興 (與雞一起作息),使志安寧,收斂神氣。
鼕天如何養生?
鼕天,大地收藏,萬物皆伏,腎氣內應而主藏,養生應以養腎為主,逆之則傷腎,春天會生痿病。奉生者少 (降低適應春天的能力)。
所以 《黃帝內經》 說:鼕三月,萬物閉藏,水冰地凍,無擾乎陽 (不要耗散陽氣),要讓神氣內守,要避寒就溫,少出汗。必待日光 (多曬太陽)。
為什麽說春夏要養陽、鼕要養陰?
為什麽要順應大自然的陰陽氣化養生?
因為四時陰陽消長變化是萬物生、長、化、收、藏的根本,所以 《黃帝內經》 說聖人要春夏養陽,鼕養陰。
春夏為什麽要養陽?因為春夏是陽長陰消的階段,順應陽長的氣化趨勢養陽,效果就會比其他時候要好,所以春夏要養陽。
鼕為什麽要養陰?因為鼕是陰長陽消的階段,順應陰長的氣化趨勢養陰,效果就會比其他時候要好,所以鼕要養陰。
陰陽是互根互補的,按照陰陽的關係,陰根於陽,陽根於陰。陰為陽之基,無陰則陽無以化;陽為陰之動力,無陽則陰無以生。所以鼕養陰,也就是為春夏的陽有根基;春夏養陽,那麽鼕的陰有動力。
陰虛的人如何養生?
——陰虛的特
陰偏衰,指人精、血、津液虧耗,陰不陽、陰液不足,主要是腎陰不足,因為腎陰為諸陰之本。
陰虛則熱,所以具外表電表現是:五心 (胸心、兩手心、兩足心) 煩熱、骨蒸潮熱,紅上火,咽口燥,消瘦盜汗 (夜睡醒出汗),舌紅少苔,脈細數無力。
導致陰虛的原因:主要是邪熱傷陰,五志 (喜、怒、悲、思、恐) 太過,化火傷陰,久病虛耗陰。
——對陰氣的重新認識
陰氣包括生理性及病理性兩類:病理性的陰是廢物,是要排出的;而生理性的陰是人所不可少的,因為陰為陽之基礎,無陰則陽無以化,所以養陰確實重要。
水在養陰中更為重要。因為水是陰陽氣化的基礎,沒有水,生命就不能繼續。水是陰氣之源,因此,不但應多喝水,還要吸陰氣。
——陰氣在哪些地方最多?
第一,海邊、山林、河畔、高山。在這些地方進行鍛煉,做深呼吸,吸入大量的陰氣,無疑對長壽十分有益。
第二,接地氣。這是養陰的重要方法。因為天為陽,地為陰,地是陰氣的礦藏,所以接地氣十分重要,這就是說,應該經常赤足,這樣地氣可以從足心的涌泉穴上升入。
第三,北方。這是陰氣産生的重要方向,所以陰虧養生要北,以汲取北方陰氣。
第四,夜晚,面嚮月光。因為晝為陽,夜為陰,日為陽,月為陰,所以陰虧的人養生,在夜晚面對月光效果最好。
第五,低凹處。這是陰氣較濃之處,因為高為陽,低為陰。住一樓的人也有好處,每天都能接着地氣,因此壽命要比住高層的人長。
——養陰的飲食有哪些?
第一,長在水的東西,如藕、竹筍、荸薺、菱角。
第二,生在北、背陰處的食物,越鼕的鼕小麥,長在地的地瓜、山藥等。
總之,地氣、北方、月光、低凹之處都屬陰,是吸陰氣(所謂負氧離子)的有效地方。
陽虛的人如何養生?
——陽虛的特是什麽?
陽偏衰,指人功能減退或衰弱,熱量不足,陽虛則寒。人陽氣不足,主要為腎陽虛衰(命火不足),因為腎陽為人諸陽之本。
産生陽虛的原因:多為先天不足或天失養,包括飲食不當、勞倦或疾病損傷陽氣所致。

陽氣是生命的動力。氣,在古代寫“”。即氣寓火之意,火,就是動力。所以陽氣有動力的作用。
陽化氣,陰成形。無陰則陽無根,無陽則陰無以化,所以陰氣的化生必須依賴陽氣。先天之氣,又稱為元氣,是生命的火,藏於腎,又稱為命火,命火極為寶貴。
火熄滅則生命終結,所以保護陽氣、減少陽氣損耗,是抗衰老的重要奧秘。

第一,正午,日頭當頂,立於庭院,脫帽,日精可從頭頂百會穴入人。

五(心、肝、脾、肺、腎)是人養生保健的重中之重,中醫對五養生積受不了極為寶貴的經驗。
與其他學思想和學科的關係
中醫養生學的指導思想源於中國古代哲學思想,主旨在於效法自然,而其成功的程度亦决定其養生的效果。
壽命的無限延長說,即源自古代哲學特是老莊學說。莊子在《天道篇》中說靜而與陰同德,動而與陽同波,故其動也天、其靜也地。《內經》在談到壽無窮期的真人、至人時,說他們能把握陰陽或和於陰陽,即掌握自然規律,使自己處於主動地位。達百歲而動作不衰、度百歲乃去的一般符養生之道的人,也要恬淡虛無,這是道、釋二清虛為保、清靜無為的思想的現。
具的養生原則,除思想上的要求外,生活中的具指導則包括食飲有節、起居有常、不妄作勞及行不欲離於世等,又與孔孟關於註重飲食的規律、數量、品質,強調精神愉快、兼善天下的積極預社會的主張相吻。結《 》的成書年代來看,這是明顯地受到上述諸有關養生主張的影響,吸收這些觀點。養生學與相關學科關係:①與老年醫學的異同:二者都研究衰老的原因,探索延緩和控衰老的途徑、方法,保持老年人的健康、預防老年性疾病的生等內容;不同點在於老年醫學局限於老年這一特定的人生階段,以此期間的疾病及其診療為研究內容,養生學則不包括治療部分,也不局限於老年這一年齡段。②與康醫學的異同:康醫學的研究對象特指疾病已被控而其造成的影響尚未得到完全糾正這一特定領域,如病愈衰弱質的壯,骨愈關節僵直、肌肉萎縮的恢,腦出血停止喪失功能的恢,人工替代部分(如假肢等)的功能鍛煉等。其中如質的壯也屬於養生學的內容,而其餘的則更接近於治療學的內容。至於人工肢及其功能鍛煉,則屬於西醫學中伴生的問題,古養生學中無此內容。③與預防醫學的異同:預防醫學更重視如何預防疾病,如各種預防藥物的研與應用、各種控病因的手段等;養生學雖也包括強身防病的內容,但卻是其中的一部分。另外,養生學雖然涉獵泛,但不如預防醫學針對性強。④與育鍛煉的關係:應該說,一般的育鍛煉不問其形式和內容,都是從強身健出,如遊泳、登山、跑馬、射箭、下棋、打拳,均是養生的內容。但育中的競技,則更在於决出負,在於能的最高現,已與養生目的不同,也不一定能達到長壽的目的。另外,如武、技擊等雖與太極拳相近,但重在打、敵取,是防止被武力傷害意義上的預防,而不是防止被疾病傷害意義上的預防,故而不屬於養生學的疇。正如同弦歌自娛可以養生,而音樂戲劇不屬於養生學一樣。
又稱攝生、道生、養性、衛生、保生、壽世的意思等。所謂生,就是生命、生存、生長的意思;所謂養,即保養、調養、補養的意思。總之,養生就是根生命的展規律,達到保養生命、健康精神、增進智慧、延長壽命的目的的科學理論和方法。就是將疾病消滅在萌芽階段,達到《內經》所說的“治未病”的境界
“養生”一詞,最早見於先秦、戰國時期的《黃帝內經·靈樞·本神》:“故智者之養生也,必順四時而適寒署,和喜怒而安居處,節陰陽而調剛柔,如是則僻邪不至,長生久視。”
生産生於上古先民為抗嚴酷的自然環境,調整力,抗疾病,防治疾病的需要。養生是中華民族的瑰寶,養生是中華民族傳統文化的一個有機組成部分,養生是我們的先民在長期的生活實踐中認真總結生命經驗的結果。
養生是保護生命、延年益壽。我國中醫學十分重視預防保健,稱為養生,通過精神調養、食療藥膳、養生功法等等整綜措施。達到質增強、防治疾病、防止衰老,延長生命的目的。在養生學中強調“治未病”,防重於治,提出“天人相應”的整觀理論;諸如《素問·上古天真論》記載“法於陰陽,和於數,飲食有節,起居有常,不妄作勞,故能形與神俱,而其天年,度百歲乃去。”又如《素問·寶命全形論》日:“人以天地之氣生,四時之法成。”再如《靈樞·歲露篇》載:“人與天地相參也,與日月相應也。”《素問·金匱真言論》曰:“長夏善病洞泄寒中,善病瘧。”以上道出:“天人相應”養生依,提出適應外在環境的變化。人與自然的密切關係,要適應外在環境,人內在環境必須要統一,這就要求五臟六腑機能互相聯繫,以互相約,保持相對平衡和協調。正如《素問·生氣通天論》日:“陰平陽秘,精神乃洽。”的道理。《素問·刺法論》載:“正氣存內,邪不可。”《素問·評熱病論》日:“邪之所湊,其氣必虛。”
人正氣,來源於五,五堅強,血氣充實,衛外固密,外邪無從侵入,疾病則不生,健康則有保證。藥膳與養生的特點養生法則與方法中醫學的整觀理論強調人平素必須註重四時的氣候變化去適應,避免外邪侵襲,是養生的法則,應該遵循,正如《素問·四氣調神大論》記載:“四時陰陽者,萬物之根本也。所以聖人春夏養陽,鼕養陰,以從其根….-”。春養生氣,夏養長氣,養收氣。鼕養藏氣,利用外界環境因素,增強質。總的來說:
一:要順應春夏鼕的變化,與所處的節氣和諧,始終保持融入自然的的狀態。這部分占養生的十分之七,所謂“三分調七分養”之七
二:保持和諧的心態隨遇而安,保持健康的心理。這部分占養生的十分之二,即“三分調”的個人調養部分
三:及時調理身體失衡之處,使人在變化的時空中處於平衡狀態。這部分占十分之一。
可喜的是從2004年5月開始,國勞動和社會保障部以及國衛生部,與北京大道堂中醫養生研究院共同舉辦四期養生培訓班,至此養生這一職業正式被國批,命名為“養生師”。
氣功養生史
氣功,作為醫療保健,其歷史源遠流長。它起源於唐堯時期,奠基於春戰國,以歷史代有所展。遠在兩多年前先秦時期的醫學著作和其他著作中,就有關於氣功的論述。道的老子、莊子,都在他們的著作中提到古代的氣功,如《老子》中的“虛其心,實其腹”、“虛極,守靜篤”、“專氣柔,能嬰兒乎”,《莊子》中的“吹呴呼吸,吐故納新,熊經鳥伸”等,均是講練功的。現存最早的且完整地描述呼吸鍛煉的,要數戰國初年石刻文中的《行氣玉佩銘》。1973年湖南長沙馬王堆三號漢墓出土的一批簡帛醫書中,就有描述氣功的帛書帛畫。《黃帝內經》中亦有不少地方與氣功有關,如《素間·刺法論》的“腎有久病者,可以寅時面嚮南,淨神不亂思,閉氣不息七遍,以引頸咽氣順之,如咽甚硬物,如此七遍,餌下津令無數 ”等。氣功一詞,首見於晉時許遜《淨明宗教錄》的“氣功闡微”,但這一詞在古代未普遍使用,而是直到現代盛行起來;在古代,仍稱為導引、吐納。服氣等。葛洪在其《抱子》中,對氣功養生的經驗和方法作較詳細的記載。南北朝時代,陶弘景輯錄六朝以前的氣功養生經驗,編輯成《養性延命錄》,占該書之半的《服氣療病》和《導引按摩》兩部分,有些內容與目前在應用的動靜功法極為相似。
巢元方《諸病源候論》中,於絶大部分證候下都載有導引、吐納的方法,約有260姓种种氏,可說是隋代以前氣功療法的一次總結。孫思邈的《攝養枕中方》一書,其中導引、行氣兩節,專論古代氣功。孫氏特強調“氣息得理,即百病不生”的呼吸鍛煉作用。他還介紹六字訣的具運用,以及動功“天竺國按摩婆羅門法”計十八勢、“老子按摩法”計四十九個動作。
兩宋金元時代,道教內丹興起,古代氣功開始融其中某些部分,這是該時期氣功展的特點。《聖濟總錄》是北宋政和中官修的方書,帙浩大。原書未有咽津、導引、服氣三部分,是專論氣功的。進入明清時代,古代氣功展的特點是更泛地為醫所掌握、所應用,氣功養生的專著各在60姓种种氏以上。如《保生秘要》列述近四十病的導引運動方法。明朝名醫李時珍所著《奇經八脈考》中,記載一些練功方法,提出“內景墜道,唯返觀者能照察之”的練功會。清朝汪切庵所著《醫方集解》中,記載調息功的詳細操作方法和註意事項。
中華人民共和國建立,在政府的中醫政策指引下,氣功療法更得到蓬蓬勃勃的展,被越來越多的人泛作為一種強身健的手段。
道養生
道學說是春戰國時期以老子、莊子為代的人們所提出的哲學思想。他們的學思想在中醫養生學的形成過程中産生過一定的影響。
道因崇尚自然高遠,鄙棄狹隘功利主義,而常常走極端,主張絶對虛無,反對一切作為,甚至進而反對一切人類文化、知識和技術的進步、否定文明的價值;因反對權威和社會的等級秩序、批判社會弊端而放棄社會責任、淡漠參與意識、不信任甚至完全拒絶任何具實際的社會改革措施,等等。應該看到,道思想中的這些歷史局限性和消極,的確對中國傳統文化産生許多不良影響,也對中華民族精神具有一定的腐蝕性。
道所主張的“道”,是指天地萬物的本質及其自然循環的規律。自然界萬物處於經常的運動變化之中,道即是其基本法則。《道德經》中說:“人法地,地法天,天法道,道法自然”,就是關於“道”的具闡述。所以,人的生命活動符自然規律,才能夠使人長壽。這是道養生的根本觀點。
道思想中,“清靜無為”、“返歸真”、“順應自然”、“貴柔”等主張,對中醫養生保健有很大影響和促進。
1、清靜無為
清靜,在這裏主要指的是心神寧靜;無為指的是不輕舉妄動。具地說,就是《道德經》所說的“少私寡欲”。這清靜無為以養神長壽的思想,一直為代養生所重視,浸透到養生學中養精神、調情志、氣功導引、健身功法等各方面。
2、貴柔、返歸真
老子在實際生活中觀察到,新生的東西是柔弱的,但卻富有生命力;事物強大,就會引起衰老。他在《道德經》中指出:“堅強者,死之徒;柔弱者,生之徒”。如果經常處在柔弱的地位,就可以避免過早地衰老。所以,老子主張無欲、無知、無為,復查到人生最初的單純狀態,即所謂“返歸真”。
3、形神兼養
莊子養生倡導去物欲虛靜以養神,但也不否認有一定的養形作用。《莊子·刻意》說:“吐故納新,熊經鳥申,為壽而已。此道引之士、養形之人,彭祖壽考者所好也”。由此可見,我國古代的導引是道所倡導的,從其産生開始就是用於健身、治病、防病的。
道的自然養生思想對世影響極大,代都有衆多的崇拜者與繼承者。他們一方面身體力行,驗效果,同時還闡述揮補充老莊養生思想,撰述著作,指導人。
氣功養生的機理
氣功之所以有養生益壽的作用,首先是因為通過練氣功,可以疏通人經絡,流通氣血,特是使人的元氣旺盛,所以無病可以強身,有病可以治病;其次,是因為運用氣功各種功法的鍛煉,可以使“精、氣、神”三者融為一,增強機的生命活力,生命自然會延長,推遲衰老,健康長壽。
中國著名氣功師劉貴珍,在其所著的《氣功療法實踐》一書中,較詳細地闡明氣功養生的道理,現引用點如下:
1. 培補元氣,扶正法邪
在氣功學理論中,貫穿着“以氣為本”的論點,在方法鍛煉上,也強調培補元氣以固本的指導觀點。那麽,氣功是通過何機理而實現培補元氣這一作用的呢?《素問·上古天真論》指出:“恬淡虛無,真氣從之;精神內守,病安從來。”這就是氣功培補元氣機理的精闢闡述與概括。祖國醫學把精、氣、神視為人的內因,它概括地反映人的機能狀態,氣功就是外練“筋、骨、皮”、內練“精、氣、神”的動靜結的自我鍛煉養生法。“精”包括先天腎精和天水之精兩部分,二者通過肺心脾諸,敷周身,以保證人的生長、育、生殖等生理活動的實現。氣功對精有着明顯的影響和作用,要練功得法,持之以恆,對先天精與天精都有加強充實作用。男性患者的遺精、早泄、精冷、精稀及女性患者的帶下、崩漏、經少、病理性閉經等現象,都屬於精的病理圍,這些病理現象,通過練功都可得到程度不同的效果,此即是氣功對陰精揮作用的佐證。消化功能紊亂、營養障礙的患者,通過氣功心腎相交之法,腎陽因秘,脾陽得腎而健運,胃陰也得腎水上濟而滋潤,從而,胃腑和降善於納腐,脾運有度、精微充脈,臨床現為食欲大振、食量增加。消化腺分泌旺盛、成代謝加強、營養狀態得到改善等等,這都是氣功對水之精揮作用的佐證。以上是氣功對天精的作用現。氣功對先天之精也同樣具有充益作用。先天之精藏於腎,氣功意守丹田命門之法,就是充實精水之。先天精依賴於天精的索養,通過吸抵撮閉鍛煉,兼備寡欲持滿陶冶,則陰精自然充實而固澀,腎中之精得陰精濡養,則愈加壯益,元精益固、元氣自充,這就是“練精化氣”的必然趨勢。顯然,氣功益精固水的作用,就是氣功培補元氣的機轉。練功元氣充益,即可更好地激與推動腑進行正常有效的生理活動,這對維持機健康具有重要意義。此外,又能進一步揮練氣化神的作用。神,包括先天之神和天識神兩。元神生化於先天之元氣,識神生化於天之精氣。元神、識神都來源於物質,又皆反作用於物質。《素問·移精變氣論》談到:“得神者昌,失神者亡”,指出神在生命活動中的重要性,這是氣功培補元氣的又一重要意義。
2. 調節陰陽
通過實驗研究和臨床觀察,也證實氣功對陰陽平衡的調節性影響是泛存在的。祖國醫學認為,形、精可以轉為功能,此乃陽源於陰的正常生理現象,但當機功能亢進時,則可使形、精耗傷。氣功鍛煉入靜,則交感神經興奮強度減弱,氣代謝降低,高反應狀態得以糾正,亢強的功能得以調整,這些都是氣功抑陽扶陰作用的具外表電表現。氣功的補陽作用也是極其泛的根“腎虛”的理論分型,觀察到腎陽虛者,練功出現的四肢由厥冷變暖,尿酮類固醇恢到正常水平,血漿三磷酸腺苷。環腺苷酸含量增加,以及白細胞吞噬能力增強等變化,都是氣功補陽作用的現。氣功調整陰陽動態平衡的作用,是通過“抑亢扶弱”的雙調效應而實現的,此作用在不同層次水平上現出來,這就是氣功治病、保健的機轉所在。
3. 通經活絡,調和氣血
氣功治病、保健的作用,是通過“通經活絡”來實現,臨床上觀察到,經絡不通、氣血不調的患者,其肢兩側經絡測定值不等或差數懸殊;練功,凡氣血弱者,通過練功,都可得到不同程度的加強。練功過程中,還觀察到經絡傳感明顯和內氣循環任、督和其他絡脈運行等現象,這都是氣功通經活絡作用的具外表電表現。

生生不息,萬物與生命。順應它,尊重它,靜思它,悟它,這,便是《黃帝內經》教給我們的虔誠。
