性生活 指为了满足自己性需要的固定或不固定的性接触和性交。

5.盆腔充血 女性在性兴奋时，大量血液涌入盆腔组织形成充血状态。这时，你应该平卧，用一只枕头把臀部垫高，每次半小时，每日3-4次，可帮助血液返流，必要时可服阿司匹林等抗炎药物。
6.尿路感染 一般说来，每周达4-5次或每次性生活的时间太长都算在“过度”之列，过度性生活造成细菌侵入尿道甚至上行膀胱，导致尿路感染。
7.颈部疼痛 颈部肌肉僵硬或是牵拉容易发生扭伤，可用一条毛巾扭成一股围在脖子周围，并将两端系紧，来支撑头部减轻肌肉的负担。
8.背部扭伤 正常的性生活是不应有疼痛的。性生活中背痛多见于背部肌群相对较薄弱的女性，处理方法是立即屈膝侧卧，两膝之间放一个枕头，并局部冷敷。
产后首次性生活注意事项
在妊娠和产后的一个阶段，性生活被迫停止了，好不容易等到生完孩子，坐完月子，会阴的伤口愈合了，性生活也可以开禁了，可是有不少女性在首次性生活中出现了会阴伤口裂开，因为疼痛而终止了性生活，用他们的话来说“真是败兴！”。这是什么原因呢？上海仁爱医院妇科的袁主任分析说：
第一，可能与产后恢复性生活的时间有关。会阴切口的伤口一般需7天才能愈合，并将缝拆除。此时，会阴表面组织是已愈合，但是深部肌层、筋膜需6-8周才能得以修复。如果过早恢复性生活，可导致伤口裂开、出血。袁主任特别提醒那些造成会阴撕裂伤的女性尤其要注意，她们伤口更易感染，最好在医生检查，确定已愈合后再开始性生活。
第二，与妻子的全身情况有关，如果妻子体质弱、营养不良、贫血，或者伤口有炎症，这些都会延迟伤口愈合的时间，过早性生活也容易导致伤口裂开。
第三，可能与伤口缝合情况有关。除了会阴部表皮层用丝线缝合外，内层肌肉、皮下脂肪层均用羊肠线缝合。由于人体组织羊肠线的吸收有明显的个体差异加上羊肠线的质量、会阴部是否严格消毒等问题，也会影响人体组织的吸收，延迟伤口愈合。
第四，当然，由于男方在妻子处于妊娠晚期、产褥期时禁欲时间较长，一旦恢复夫妻生活，往往动作激烈，这样也很容易引起会阴组织损伤、出血、裂开。
因此，产后一定要等会阴伤口完全愈合后方可恢复性生活。首次性生活时，丈夫动作要轻柔，一旦恢复夫妻生活或性生活结束后发现阴道出血，应立即就诊，莫因“难为情”而自己草草止血了事，以免延误治疗。
