性生活 指為滿足自己性需要的固定或不固定的性接觸和性交。

4.陰道隔膜取不出來 有時比較劇烈的動作會將陰道隔膜推深處，以致難以取出。對此，取蹲位，然屏住呼吸收縮腹部，陰道隔膜就會被外推至可以夠得着的位置，自己將其取出。
5.盆腔充血 女性在性興奮時，大量血液涌入盆腔組織形成充血狀態。這時，你應該平臥，用一隻枕頭把臀部墊高，每次半小時，每日3-4次，可幫助血液返流，必要時可服阿司匹林等抗炎藥物。
6.尿路感染 一般說來，每周達4-5次或每次性生活的時間太長都算在“過度”之列，過度性生活造成細菌侵入尿道甚至上行膀胱，導致尿路感染。
7.頸部疼痛 頸部肌肉僵硬或是牽拉容易生扭傷，可用一條毛巾扭成一股圍在脖子周圍，將兩端緊，來支撐頭部減輕肌肉的負擔。
8.背部扭傷 正常的性生活是不應有疼痛的。性生活中背痛多見於背部肌群相對較薄弱的女性，處理方法是立即屈膝側臥，兩膝之間放一個枕頭，局部冷敷。
産首次性生活註意事項

第二，與妻子的全身情況有關，如果妻子質弱、營養不良、貧血，或者傷口有炎，這些都會延遲傷口愈的時間，過早性生活也容易導致傷口裂開。
第三，可能與傷口縫情況有關。除會陰部皮層用絲綫縫外，內層肌肉、皮下脂肪層均用羊腸綫縫。由於人組織羊腸綫的吸收有明顯的個差異加上羊腸綫的質量、會陰部是否嚴格消毒等問題，也會影響人組織的吸收，延遲傷口愈。
第四，當然，由於男方在妻子處於妊娠晚期、産褥期時禁欲時間較長，一旦恢夫妻生活，往往動作激烈，這樣也很容易引起會陰組織損傷、出血、裂開。
