　　这个道，非常道。性命根，生死窍。说著丑，行着妙。
　　人人憎，个个笑。大关键，在颠倒。莫厌秽，莫计较。
　　得他来，立见效。地天泰，为朕兆。口对口，窍对窍。
　　吞入腹，自知道。药苗新，先天兆。审眉间，行逆道。
　　滓质物，自继绍。二者馀，方绝妙。要行持，令人叫。
　　气要坚，神莫耗。若不行，空老耄。认得真，老还少。
　　不知音，莫语要。些儿法，合大道。精气神，不老药。
　　静里全，明中报。乘凤鸾，听天诏。
