　　竇叔，字遺直，京兆（今陝西扶風）人。唐代宗大初登進士第，代宗時，常袞為相，引為左拾遺、內供奉。袞貶，出為溧水令，遷工部尚書。五子群、常、牟、庠、鞏，皆工詞章，有《聯珠集》行於時。叔工五言，詩法謹嚴，名冠時輩。集七，今存詩九首。
