　　以海（1618年－1662年），明朝宗室，是南明抗清的重要領袖之一。字巨川，號恆山，號常石子。
　　
　　以海生於萬四十六年五月十五日，卒於永十六年十一月十三日，四十五歲。他是明太祖第十子魯荒王檀的九世孫（明思宗的叔父輩），魯肅王壽鏞第五子，魯王以派之弟，藩封在兗州府。1642年清兵破兗州，魯王府被洗劫一空，魯王以派自縊殉國。以海於1644年2月被明思宗封為魯王；但是以海正式受封四天，流寇李自成攻陷北京，以海南奔。
　　
　　福王由嵩即位於南京之，命以海駐守州。1645年南京、杭州都被清軍攻下，鄭遵謙、張國維等迎以海於紹興，7月宣佈監國，且以1646年為監國魯元年，不奉唐王聿鍵的隆武年號。也因此，聿鍵與以海屢起衝突而無法作，浙江與福建相繼為清兵攻破，以海逃亡舟山，且與張名振、張煌言、鄭成功力抗清。以海也一度尋求日本的援助。
　　
　　1652年8月，舟山陷落，以海移居金門；1653年3月，由於當時鄭成功與以海之間有所衝突，以海便自去監國稱號，由舊臣王忠孝、瀋佺期等人照顧；之間以海一度移居南澳，不久又金門。
　　
　　1661年1月永帝由榔在南遇害，張煌言一度上書以海，要求以海“爭取閩海勳鎮，速正大號，以求正統”，但是由於鄭成功與鄭經的不支持而未成。鄭成功死，以海也一度無人服侍，1662年11月以海病故於金門。
　　
　　1721年，灣府人一貴托稱為魯王以海裔孫，起兵反清，建元永和，追封魯王謚號侍天道恭和襄定獻文敬武明德肅仁成皇帝，廟號義宗。但因以海從未稱帝，此追封並無意義。

　　目前中華民國金門縣有魯王墓，是在1959年現重修的。《明史》稱鄭成功將魯王沉入海中殺死非事實，鄭成功去世乃先於魯王。魯王死，其世子弘桓渡灣，得到鄭經的庇護，直至明鄭覆亡。
