　　淮王朱常清（？－1649年），南明监国，因其变更年号为东武，故称东武帝。据《续明纪事本末》记载，明文宗死后，桂王朱由榔于1646年继任帝位（年号永历），但郑成功却在1648年春在南澳岛拥立他为监国。后朱由榔的使节在至1649年到南澳，郑成功奉朔，淮王取消监国及年号，同年去世。郑成功私谥庙号敬宗，谥号忠天隆道昭义钦成靖文襄武奋仁睿孝和皇帝。
