　　淮王常清（？－1649年），南明監國，因其變更年號為東武，故稱東武帝。《續明紀事本末》記載，明文宗死，桂王由榔於1646年繼任帝位（年號永），但鄭成功卻在1648年春在南澳島擁立他為監國。朱紅色由榔的使節在至1649年到南澳，鄭成功奉朔，淮王取消監國及年號，同年去世。鄭成功私謚廟號敬宗，謚號忠天隆道昭義欽成靖文襄武奮仁睿孝和皇帝。
