　　拓跋沙漠汗（？－277年），中国三国后期至西晋初年的索头部鲜卑人，是被南北朝时期北魏所追尊的先祖之一，其父为索头部领袖拓跋力微，拓跋悉鹿、拓跋绰、拓跋禄官皆为其兄弟，拓跋猗㐌、拓跋猗卢、拓跋弗则为其子。
　　
　　《魏书·序记》记载沙漠汗“身长八尺，英姿瑰伟”。261年，受力微所派入曹魏为质子，及西晋代曹魏，沙漠汗仍为质子，直到267年始北返归国。275年，又至西晋，《资治通鉴》记载此行是为了入贡，然而在将回国时，西晋幽州刺史卫瓘奏请扣留沙漠汗，又用重金贿赂鲜卑各部酋长以挑拨离间。
　　
　　277年，沙漠汗被送回鲜卑部落，然而因沙漠汗在酋长们的宴席中以弹丸击鸟，被认为已为中原所同化，各部酋长遂向力微进谗言，又因沙漠汗入中原为质的这段期间，力微其余诸子受宠爱日甚，使得沙漠汗在力微的默许下被各部酋长所杀。沙漠汗被杀后，力微也十分后悔。
　　
　　虽沙漠汗未曾为索头部首领，但北魏道武帝拓跋圭称帝时，仍将其追谥为文皇帝。
