　　拓跋悉鹿（？－286年），其名一作拓跋悉禄，中国西晋初年时索头部鲜卑族领袖，277年至286年在位，是南北朝时期北魏皇帝的先祖。其父为前任首领拓跋力微，拓跋沙漠汗、拓跋绰、拓跋禄官皆为其兄弟。
　　
　　277年，力微在各部离散的忧愁中去世，悉鹿继位后仍然诸部离叛，国内纷扰，其势遂衰。286年，悉鹿去世，弟拓跋绰继立。
　　
　　北魏道武帝拓跋圭称帝时，将悉鹿追谥为章皇帝。
