　　拓跋郁律（？－321年），中国东晋十六国时期鲜卑索头部首领、代王，316年至321年在位，是南北朝时期北魏皇帝的先祖之一。其父为拓跋弗，拓跋翳槐、拓跋什翼犍皆为其子。
　　
　　310年，郁律于代王拓跋猗卢在位时，曾受命支援晋将刘琨击败鲜卑白部及匈奴铁弗部刘虎。316年尚在襁褓中的代王（拓跋普根之子，谥哀帝，郁律的堂侄）去世后继位。
　　
　　318年，再度击破刘虎之侵略，其后西取古乌孙国的故土（中亚），东并勿吉（今中国吉林省）以西之地，史籍载此时索头部“士马精强，雄于北方”、“控弦上马将有百万”。
　　
　　321年，故索头部首领拓跋猗㐌之妻惟氏（即普根之母），对于郁律之强大及人心归附，颇为忌惮，恐怕对自己的儿子不利，于是杀郁律，而扶立惟氏之子拓跋贺傉继位。索头部各酋长在这次政变中死亡者有数十人之多。
　　
　　北魏道武帝拓跋圭称帝时，将郁律追谥为平文皇帝，后又加其庙号为太祖。
