刘务桓（？－356年），一作刘豹子，十六国时期匈奴支系铁弗部首领，为前任首领刘乌路孤之子，胡夏建立者刘勃勃之祖父。341年（东晋成帝咸康七年），乌路孤去世，务桓继立。
务桓继位后即遣使与代国求和，拓跋什翼犍将女儿嫁给他。又向后赵朝贡，后赵则任命务桓为平北将军、左贤王。
356年，务桓去世，其弟刘阏陋头继立。后来刘勃勃称帝后，将务桓追谥为宣皇帝。
