刘阏陋头，一作刘阏头，生卒年不详，十六国时期匈奴支系铁弗部首领，为刘乌路孤之子，前任首领刘务桓之弟。356年（东晋永和十二年、前秦寿光二年），务桓去世，阏陋头继立。
阏陋头继位后，有背叛代国之意，然不久复受代国之逼，请求投降。358年，阏陋头因领导无方，部落多叛，遂率残部向东逃走，乘黄河结冰之际渡河，半渡而冰已融解，未渡之部众尽归其侄刘悉勿祈（魏书则载阏陋头系为悉勿祈所逐），阏陋头则逃亡至代，后不知所终。
