宕昌国  (?～564年)

　　梁弥定，为南北朝时期宕昌国君主之一。前任君主梁仚定之弟。
　　
　　西魏文帝大统大统七年（541年），仚定举兵犯西魏。北魏命将领独孤信讨伐，魏军未至而仚定已先为部下所杀。仚定的部众被独孤信击败后，弥定被西魏另立为宕昌王。
　　
　　大统十六年（550年），弥定受到同族的酋长梁獠甘袭击因此逃奔西魏，梁獠甘自立为宕昌王。西魏丞相宇文泰命将领宇文贵、豆卢甯、史甯等率兵讨伐獠甘，将之擒获并斩首，重迎弥定回到宕昌。
　　
　　北周灭西魏后，北周武帝保定初年，弥定遣使向北周贡献方物。保定三年（563年），又遣使贡献猛兽。保定四年（564年），弥定侵犯北周的洮州，被北周将领李贤打败。同年，弥定又引吐谷浑军侵犯北周，再被李贤打败。北周武帝大怒，命大将田弘讨灭宕昌国，在原地设立宕州，宕昌国自此灭亡。至于弥定的下场，史籍并未记载。
