宕昌国

梁仚定（？－541年），为南北朝时期宕昌国君主之一。
周书中记载，宕昌原事北魏恭谨，后来看到北魏分裂成东、西魏，遂有背叛之意。仚定在位期间，于北魏末年、西魏初年屡犯魏境，后为西魏所破，仚定向西魏请罪，被任命其为抚军将军。西魏文帝大统四年（538年），被任命为南洮州刺史、要安蕃王。后来洮州改为岷州，仚定仍为刺史。大统七年（541年），仚定又举兵犯西魏。北魏命将领独孤信讨伐，魏军未至而仚定已先为部下所杀。
仚定的部众后来被独孤信击败，仚定弟梁弥定被西魏另立为宕昌王。
