宕昌国
梁弥泰，为南北朝时期宕昌国君主之一。梁弥博之子。
史籍中对弥泰之记录颇为缺乏，只知根据梁书、南史的记载，弥泰继弥博之位。
梁书中另有“大同七年，复授以父爵位。”等语，亦即大同七年时，南梁授弥泰以其父之爵位。按南梁大同七年，即为541年，惟该年据资治通鉴及周书的记载，宕昌国内系梁仚定死，由梁弥定继位，因此有一说即认为，梁弥博即是梁仚定，
梁弥泰即是梁弥定。
