　　吕隆（？－416年），字永基，略阳（今甘肃天水）氐人。十六国时期后凉国君主，后凉开国君主吕光之弟吕宝子。401年，吕隆弟吕超杀天王吕纂，拥立吕隆，改元神鼎。在位时多杀豪望，不得人心，又不断受到北凉及南凉攻击，国势日衰。神鼎三年（403年）北凉、南凉围后凉都城姑臧，吕隆不得己请迎后秦军，并随之东迁，后凉亡。后秦弘始十八年（416年），受后秦皇帝姚兴子广平公姚弼谋反案牵连，被杀。后凉是五胡乱华时期第九个灭亡国。
