　　呂隆（？－416年），字永基，略陽（今甘肅天水）氐人。十六國時期涼國君主，涼開國君主呂光之弟呂寶子。401年，呂隆弟呂超殺天王呂纂，擁立呂隆，改元神鼎。在位時多殺豪望，不得人心，又不斷受到北涼及南涼攻擊，國勢日衰。神鼎三年（403年）北涼、南涼圍涼都城姑臧，呂隆不得己請迎秦軍，隨之東遷，涼亡。秦弘始十八年（416年），受秦皇帝姚興子平公姚弼謀反案牽連，被殺。涼是五胡亂華時期第九個滅亡國。
