岡比西斯二世（希臘語：Καμβύσης；?－前522年）是波斯阿契美尼德王朝的國王（前529年—前522年在位），居魯士大帝的兒子。他大約於前537年在巴比倫擔任居魯士的全權代理人。前525年率波斯軍隊入侵埃及。昔蘭尼（希臘在北非的殖民地）和利比亞自願臣服岡比西斯；埃及在其軍隊於貝魯西亞為岡比西斯擊敗後投降，法老普薩美提剋三世被俘。前525年5月25日，岡比西斯成為埃及統治者，建立埃及第二十七王朝（波斯第一王朝）。他使用“埃及皇帝，諸國皇帝”為稱號。前524年岡比西斯二世入侵古實（即努比亞）受挫，同年在埃及發生反對波斯統治的暴亂。岡比西斯二世鎮壓暴亂後又策劃徵服古實，然而這一計劃為波斯本土發生的高墨塔（偽斯梅爾迪士或偽巴爾迪亞）起義所打斷。岡比西斯遂揮師回國。他在途中神秘死去，可能是由於絶望而自殺，也可能是被人謀害。
