祖庚，商朝國王，姓子名躍，公元前1191年即位，在位約7年，他是商朝著名國王武丁的次子，病死，葬於殷。
祖庚有長兄祖己，因受後母誣陷，被父親武丁逐出京城，後含冤而死。三弟祖甲為後母所生，為表示不願與兄長爭奪王位，便暗暗地離宮出走，武丁病死，
祖庚得以繼位。
祖庚死後，三弟祖甲繼位。
