齐太公(？─前384年)，本名
田和，父为田庄子田白、兄为田悼子。陈完之十世孙。
田子和元年在前404年。前391年，
田和自立为齐君。放逐齐康公于海岛，使食一城，以奉姜姓之祀。
康公十九年（前386年），
田和被周安王列为诸侯，姜姓齐国为田氏取代，
田和正式称侯，仍沿用齐国名号、世称田齐以示别于姜姓齐国，史称“田氏代齐”。前379年齐康公死，田氏并其食邑，姜太公至此绝祀。
