齊太公(？─前384年)，本名
田和，父為田莊子田白、兄為田悼子。陳完之十世孫。
田子和元年在前404年。前391年，
田和自立為齊君。放逐齊康公於海島，使食一城，以奉姜姓之祀。
康公十九年（前386年），
田和被周安王列為諸侯，姜姓齊國為田氏取代，
田和正式稱侯，仍沿用齊國名號、世稱田齊以示別於姜姓齊國，史稱“田氏代齊”。前379年齊康公死，田氏並其食邑，姜太公至此絶祀。
