河亶甲，在甲骨文中作戋甲，姓子名整，生卒年不详，商王太戊子，商王仲丁、外壬弟，外壬死后继位，《太平御览》引《史记》称他在位九年，病死后葬于相（今河南省内黄县境内）。
河亶甲在位时，商朝又再度衰落。《竹书纪年》称他把国都由嚣迁都于相，又曾出兵征伐东南方的蓝夷和班方等族。
