河亶甲，在甲骨文中作戔甲，姓子名整，生卒年不詳，商王太戊子，商王仲丁、外壬弟，外壬死後繼位，《太平御覽》引《史記》稱他在位九年，病死後葬於相（今河南省內黃縣境內）。
河亶甲在位時，商朝又再度衰落。《竹書紀年》稱他把國都由囂遷都於相，又曾出兵徵伐東南方的藍夷和班方等族。
