秦国

春秋时秦国国君。嬴姓，名字失传。宪公之子。前677——前676年在位。
秦德公即位以后，发展生产，并将国都迁至今天的陕西省凤翔县，自此后数百年秦稳定地以此为都。此时，秦人祭祀的规模也越来越大，开始用牛、羊、猪各三百头在今陕西境内的鄜县祭祀天地。
秦德公命人占卜迁都雍城是否吉利，结果是后代子孙可以以此地为依托向东发展，直至饮马黄河。秦国迁都以后，大臣梁伯、芮伯迫于压力而前来朝见秦君。这一年，秦国开始确定有三伏的节气，用在城门杀狗的方法来祛除热毒邪气。
秦德公在位两年便去世了，他的大儿子秦宣公即位。秦国的各项制度在秦武公、
秦德公在位时期大体有了雏形，其国力也开始迅猛发展。这为秦穆公时期秦国的兴盛并进而与中原各国争霸奠定了坚实基础。
