秦國

春秋時秦國國君。嬴姓，名字失傳。憲公之子。前677——前676年在位。
秦德公即位以後，發展生産，並將國都遷至今天的陝西省鳳翔縣，自此後數百年秦穩定地以此為都。此時，秦人祭祀的規模也越來越大，開始用牛、羊、豬各三百頭在今陝西境內的鄜縣祭祀天地。

秦德公在位時期大體有了雛形，其國力也開始迅猛發展。這為秦穆公時期秦國的興盛並進而與中原各國爭霸奠定了堅實基礎。
