　　埃拉伽巴路斯（Elagabalus，约203年－222年3月11日），罗马帝国塞维鲁王朝的皇帝，218年－222年在位。他的本名为瓦瑞乌斯·阿维图斯·巴西安努斯（Varius Avitus Bassianus），登基之后改名为马尔库斯·奥瑞里乌斯·安东尼努斯（Marcus Aurelius Antoninus）。他是罗马帝国建立以来，第一位出身自帝国东方——叙利亚——的皇帝。在卡拉卡拉遇刺身亡后，政军情势纷扰不已，东方军团拥立这位流有塞维鲁王族血统的少年继位；218年，在战胜马克里努斯之后，埃拉伽巴路斯成为罗马帝国的皇帝。
　　
　　埃拉伽巴路斯即位后，大力提倡他个人所信仰的太阳神崇拜，并将帝国东方华靡奢侈的宫廷风味带入罗马。年轻的埃拉伽巴路斯无心治国，又嫉妒他受人欢迎的表弟亚历山大，引发臣民强烈的不满。222年，由他祖母尤利亚·玛伊莎所策划的一场阴谋中，埃拉伽巴路斯受到暗杀身亡。
