陆游

　　国不可以无菑眚，身不可以无疢疾。
　　无菑之国乱或更速，无疾之身死或无日。
　　昆夷玁狁无害於周之王，辟士富国无救于隋之亡。
　　壮夫一卧多不起，速死未必皆羸尪。
　　古来恶疾弃空谷，往往更得度世方。
　　我年九十理不长，况复三日病在床，
　　天公念之亦已至，儆戒不使须臾忘。
　　起居饮食每自省，常若严师畏友在我傍。
　　跻民仁寿则非职，且为老惫鍼膏肓。
