小疾自警

陆游

　　老來土弗強，舉箸輒作病。
　　造物蓋警之，何啻三下令。
　　而我不自珍，若與疾竪競。
　　豈惟昧攝養，實亦闕忠敬。
　　顛踣乃自詒，何用死不瞑？
　　自今師古訓，念念貴清靜。
　　羔豚昔所美，放斥如遠佞。
　　淖糜煮石泉，香飯炊瓦甑，
　　蔬擷藥苗，巾羃相照映。
　　膨脝亦宜戒，僅飽勿憚剩。
　　隱書有至理，要使氣常。
　　因之戒友朋，苦語君試聽。
