　　字仲远，豫章人。约公元一一七四年，宋孝宗淳熙初前后在世。登绍兴二十七年（公元一一五七年）进士。高宗之丧，金人遣使来吊；镗受命使金报谢，以丧故不肯受宴乐。使还，擢工部侍郎。出帅蜀，蜀大治。庆元二年，（公元一一九六年）拜左丞相，专唯韩侘胄之命是听，毫无建树。后以年老乞休。卒，谥庄定。镗著有松坡集七卷，松坡词一卷，《文献通考》传于世。
