　　李憕，太原文水人。舉明經。開元初，為陽尉。張說為州長史太平軍大使時，引憕常在幕下。為宇文融判官，括田課最。遷監察御史，給事中，河南少尹。天寶初，出為清河太守，改尚書右丞、京兆尹。轉光祿卿、東都留守，遷禮部尚書。安祿山陷長安，遇害。贈司徒，謚忠烈。詩三首。
