　　薛曜，元超子，以文學知名。尚城陽公主，子紹尚太平公主。紹兄顗懼太盛，以問從兄。曰：“帝甥尚主，由來故事。但以恭慎行之，何懼也？”聖中，與修《三教珠英》，官正諫大夫。集二十，今存詩五首。
